Lunch at the restaurant "Le Procope" This restaurant was set up in 1686 by Francesco Procopio dei Coltelli, "Le Procope" is the oldest cafe in Paris. This prestigious restaurant is located in the very heart of the Latin quarter. Gathering intellectuals and artists, the cafe was frequented during the 18th century by artists such as Voltaire, Diderot and Albert. It was active during the French Revolution, and the cafe has been for a while a meeting place for writers and intellectuals alike. A testament to its history, this restaurant will charm you with its historical decor. You will also enjoy the culinary recipes.

Dinner at "Danes le Noir" This restaurant is unique as you dine in absolute, total darkness - really! It's pitch black, and you can't see your hand in front of your face. The waiters - all of whom are blind - coach you through the experience and give you a taste of their sensual dining experience, totally focused on your taste senses rather than your sight. It's a great, fascinating and very peculiar experience that is worth trying once in your life time!

Dinner at "La Gare" - La Gare is a restaurant made out of an old train station building, with a huge dining room and high peaked ceiling. The room itself is gorgeous on its own, but the tasteful decor makes it even better, intimate lighting, warm colors, lots of curtains and draped fabric everywhere to soften the acoustics. The food is high-end French...truly scrumptious!!

There are two long tables that everyone dines at - a relative rarity in normal Parisian society.

Dinner at Gordon Ramsey au Trianon - Versailles is a city of luxury and Gordon Ramsey's food is nothing less than sumptuous splendor. It has been awarded a Michelin star and has been elegantly designed to create a stylish setting in which to enjoy the delectable dishes on offer. Highlights from the menu include the poached and roasted French turbot, celeriac and black truffle, braised potatoes puree and the oysters sauce.

Dinner at Buca di Sant Antonio. With an exposed wood-beam ceiling, an impressive collection of copper pots, and crisp white table cloths on every table, Bucca di Sant Antonio gives off a rustic but elegant atmosphere. The restaurant opened in 1782 and is still a favourite.

Lunch at Ristorante Gotta Ci Cove. This cozy restaurant is located near Porta Elisa. The space inside is elegantly decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is presented artfully and tastes as good as it looks.

Breakfast at Ostera i Santi. This is located by the leaning tower of Pisa and is dedicated to providing great breakfast dishes serving up Italian classics.

Lunch at Osteria di Culegna is recommended by the locals as it is a great escape from the crowds of tourists. The owner has designed the menu herself and is proud to serve her own dishes. The restaurant is small and tucked away with a lovely and inviting atmosphere.

Dinner at Lunasia. Lunasia has a menu that is wildly innovative and a bit of a challenge. If you feel like you could get to grips with sea urchin ice cream then this is the place for you as they do not hold back on the flavor combinations. It may sound outrageous but it works as the restaurant has rave reviews and people return again and again to sample the incredible menu. This is probably why its been awarded a Michelin Star and has become one of Pisa's most loved restaurants.

TOUR - We will start the tour with a walk alongside the medieval walls up to the old entrance gate - Porta Santa Maria. From here the extraordinary view will take your breath away. You will be in front of a unique panorama Piazza dei Miracle with its marble architecture and neat lawns. Dinner at Forno Campo de' Fiori. Forno Campo de' Fiori dutifully bakes sweet and savory Roman specialities. Both tourists and locals return to this restaurant for its charm and authentic cuisine!

Lunch at II Goccetto. Sergio and Anna Ceccarelli have built an enviable cellar of more than 800 labels. Enjoy these samplings with a delicious lunch that will be pared with your wines.

Lunch at II Sanlorenzo. A narrow patio and nondescript glass storefront give way to the elegant interior of II Sanlorenzo, central Rome's finest fish restaurant. Dishes depend of seasonal availability and fishing conditions off the coast of Lazio but typically feature local shellfish.

Dinner at Antico Arco. Situated on the Janiculum Hill between the panoramic terrace of Fontanone and Villa Pamphilj public park, Antico Arco serves refined and restrained contemporary cuisine that highlights seasonal Italian ingredients. Depending upon market availability, there may be cacio e pepe with fried squash blossoms, hazelnut-crusted lamb fillet with porcinin mushrooms, or steak with chanterelle mushrooms with black truffles.

Lunch at II Pagliaccio. Anthony Genovese is a strong contender for Rome's most talented chef.Genovese has worked in the Far East and on the Amalfi Coast, and there are influences of both in his playful but technically impeccable cuisine. Not least is his talent for presentation...food photo worthy!

Enjoy a delicious lunch with a beautiful view at La Terrazza di Papi. The food is exquisite and is only enhanced by the breathtaking view. Romantic and memorable!

Dinner at Glass Hostaria. It's not easy to find a top class restaurant in the area of Trastevere a touristic area. - so hats off to Cristina Bowerman's Michelin-starred culinary fiefdom, which strikes a blow for quality and research in an area dominated by tourist trattorias. If your'e a first timer it is worth opting for one of the tasting menus, which showcase Bowerman's fancy but convincing Mediterranean fusion approach.

Dinner at All'Oro. The original All'Oro was a tiny but very busy gourmet restaurant in the Parioli district. In 2013, chef Riccardo di giacinto upped sticks to the First Luxury Art Hotel in the centro storico. Riccardo serves up inventive and sometimes playful tweaks of Roman tradition. This upscale restaurant will not dissapoint!

Lunch at La Terrazza. The last dinner of our honeymoon. Like all the best moments in life, we want to make every Dorchester Collection experience unforgettable.
