Our unique tubing adventure will take us back in time to the sugar plantation era. We will relive old traditions and tube the flumes and ditches of the old Lihue Plantation. The Tubing Adventure is an exclusive tubing experience that occurs on private lands that have never before been open to the public. There's something for everyone and every fitness level! We should get ready to have some fun and get wet!

We'll watch as the evening dims and then relights with poi ball twirlers and fire knife dancers. A lavish buffet will await us in an evening that captures the gambit - from the quiet intimacy to the stunning display of sight and sounds. Nestled in a 35-acre (14-ha) manicured pasture, Gaylord's Restaurant Kilohana sits at the end of a winding driveway. When we enter we will see the paintings of Ethel and Gaylord Parke Wilcox that line the walls. The luau celebrates the triumphs and struggles of the Hawaiian people - culminating in word, music and the hypnotic light trails of a fire dance.

With diverse landscape, abundant wildlife and spectacular views this signature tour makes Kipu Ranch one of the premier eco-tour locations in Hawaii. We will ride through lush green pastures, venture down into tropical Huleia Valley, and ascend to majestic Haupu for a breathtaking view of Kipu Kai, Kauai's untouched paradise. Next, we will enjoy the historic landscape with photos of famous movie locations such as Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark, and the most recent, The Descendants. From the Kama’aina to visitors around the world, this tour will leave us speechless!

The cacao orchard is located on the North Shore of Kauai. We will learn about permaculture and see how a sustainable organic exotic fruit farm works. The chocolate farm tour is a three-hour guided educational adventure where we will learn all about the cacao tree and see how chocolate is made from the cacao fruit (cacao pods). We will see four different varieties of Theobroma Cacao and Theobroma Grandiflorum. At the end of the tour we will sit down to a chocolate tasting to sample a multitude of chocolates from Hawaii, all grown and made on Kauai and the Big Island. They make a fresh hot chocolate drink with coconut milk, local Kauai honey and fresh vanilla beans. Included in the extensive chocolate tasting are also samples of their renowned coconut butter truffles, winner of the People's Choice Award and Best Dessert of the 2009 Healing Garden Festival.

A romantic experience toward Maha'ulepu and Kipu Kai on a custom 55' Gold Coast catamaran. We will sail into the sunset on our 2 hour excursion toward Maha'ulepu and Kipu Kai. We'll be treated to the astounding beauty that can only accompany a sunset at sea. Live Hawaiian music will float over us like the trade winds as we enjoy pupus (appetizers), "sneaky tikis," beer, and wine. Sightseeing is included and we will encounter dolphins and other marine life.

With this gift we will explore the lush landscape, majestic waterfalls, secret beaches, and much more! Help us experience all that Kauai has to offer with this private and personalized 6-7 hour sightseeing tour!

We will be going on a 5.5 hour aboard a custom 65' Star Class luxury catamaran! This Star sailing adventure gets an early departure from Port Allen on the West shore of Kauai. On Na Pali we’ll see spectacular sea cliffs, numerous waterfalls and lava tubes. After a relaxing and beautiful downwind sail, we’ll pull in to one Kauai's remote snorkel spots. After snorkeling the crew prepares a delicious BBQ lunch in the onboard kitchen, which is served with beer and wine.

Imane wants to teach Adrienne how to surf! This will go towards the cost of renting a surfboard for the day. Surfs up!!
