We will encounter the real Jamaica. We will climb into one of the safari-themed 4x4 Land Rovers and we'll get ready for an awe-inspiring trip into Jamaica's rugged and rarely seen interior. We'll feast our eyes on Jamaica's breathtaking natural beauty and get to know firsthand about the island's rich history and unique culture with pit stops at several local landmarks, such as a former slave hospital, which was converted into a church in 1846. We'll walk on the wild side through lush, tropical foliage. We'll discover hidden waterfalls. We will jump into crystal-clear, natural spring water pools. We will go off the beaten track and experience the very heart of paradise.

We will climb aboard a 30-foot, bamboo raft and be poled down a jade-green river's core by our very own experienced raft captain. The Martha Brae River, located in the Jamaican parish of Trelawny (birthplace of sprinter Usain Bolt) invites us to trail our hand in its shimmering waters. Gaze raptly at towering trees filled with brightly-hued birds and exotic flowers as we glide past the tropical river banks. We'll surrender to the romance of the moment, sensing leaves rustling in the breeze. We'll experience a truly Jamaican pastime as we raft down a gently twisting river glistening in the sun.

We will be exploring the incredibly gorgeous countryside of Jamaica on horseback. We'll amble through a tropical rainforest atop a sleek, gentle mare or serene stallion. We will ride along a cliff and feast our eyes on panoramic vistas of the Jamaican coastline with the aquamarine ocean sparkling in the island sunshine. Then we will prepare ourselves for a totally unique experience, as we mount cross the white sand of a pristine beach and enter the warm waters of the Caribbean. We will trot through the crystal seas together and enjoy the ride of our life.

We will sail off into the sunset on this romantic cruise that features stunning views of the golden sun sinking into the sea and lighting up the horizon with a spectrum of red, pink and orange tints. We'll munch on delectable appetizers and sip exotic cocktails including their catamaran signature drink as we stand on deck and watch the sea become set ablaze with fiery color. We will laugh out loud with newfound friends as the undulating shoreline passes us by. We will sway to the rhythms of the pulsating reggae music or simply steal away, finding a quiet spot where we can be alone together and remember why we fell in love in the first place. We will watch the sunset from one of the most famous spots in the world, Rick's Cafe. Voted one of the ten best bars in the world by Caribbean Travel & Life Magazine, this is the ultimate Jamaica experience in the heart of the West End, Negril.

We'll unlock the wonders of Jamaica's untainted South Coast on this amazing "River and Rum" adventure, which takes us to some of the island's most amazing destinations: Appleton Estate, Black River Safari and Y.S. Falls. We will marvel at the workings of a distillery that has been creating one of the world's smoothest and most sought-after rums for eons. We will sample a taste of the golden elixir and find out what it feels like to swallow sunshine. We'll head over to the Black River and take a fascinating excursion down this waterway, which boasts a whole incredible ecosystem of exotic birds, animals and vegetation - all arrayed for our viewing pleasure. We'll delight in the spectacular beauty of YS Falls, as we cavort beneath the flowing waters of these gorgeous cascades. With a delicious lunch provided and the very best of nature spread out before us, we'll create memories of truly unforgettable island experiences that will fill our dreams for years and years to come.

We'll treat ourselves to the "Experience of a Lifetime," as we frolic with beautiful bottlenose dolphins in the deep waters of a gorgeous, natural lagoon. We'll feel the thrill as these majestic mammals pull us along by their dorsal fins or give us a foot-push through the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea. After this invigorating encounter, spend the day here and enjoy all that Dolphin Cove has to offer. We will watch the dolphins at play, view the exciting Shark Show, marvel at the colorful birds, exotic snakes and iguanas and enjoy unlimited mini-boat rides and glass-bottom kayaking. We will interact with safe, gentle stingrays, go shopping in "Little Port Royal," a colorful Pirate's Village, where buccaneers roam. And we will top it all off by relaxing on a chaise lounge set directly on the pearly-white sand beach, as cool, Caribbean breezes caress our skin. Led by expert guides, we'll join hands to form a human chain, as we wind our way up the rocky slopes of this 600 foot waterfall. We will pose for snapshots amid the luxuriant foliage that lines the sides of the ascending falls. Cascading down from its untainted source high in the mountains, we'll delight in the refreshing, pure water as it caresses our skin. We will give in to the unbelievable beauty of this wondrous place.
