Stepping back in time, this honeymoon experience will take us to the ancient Mayan ceremonial center, built in the year 445 A.D...

We'll need a spa day just to ourselves! We will sit back, relax and indulge in a rejuvenating and revitalizing spa treatment or massage to help soothe our tense muscles and to help us get back in the groove.

There's no better place to swim with the dolphins. This has always been a dream of ours to experience these magnificent creatures. We will have the thrill of meeting our dolphins face-to-face together, sharing a soft touch, and viewing their grace and beauty up close, and take home a photo for a perfect memory of our honeymoon adventure! Dolphinaris is the ultimate dolphin experience in Cancún. Not only can you wade in the shallow waters as these playful creatures circle and splash around you. You can actually go for a thrilling ride with your new friend.

This experience will be unforgettable! A high-speed boat will take us on the ride of a lifetime through the mangroves and across Nichupte lagoon. We’ll drop anchor at the second largest reef—called Nizuc or Lemons—where we’ll experience a breathtaking snorkeling adventure with colorful reefs and fish! Afterwards, we will indulge in a delicious buffet lunch and enjoy a round of tropical drinks!

This is a paradise that we have only seen in our dreams! We look forward to this once in a lifetime honeymoon trip being guided by a gentle current through the 2000 ft. spectacular underground river. We will explore archaeological monuments while learning about exotic flora and fauna at the botanical gardens and visit the aviary, the butterfly pavilion and the fascinating aquarium to feed tropical fish as we snorkel in a crystal clear sparkling lagoon abundant with marine life. Next, we’ll take a deserved siesta on a hammock under the shade of a palm tree. All of this is possible at Xcaret!

Xplor is a natural adventure park located in the Riviera Maya! Climb into the treetops and fly through the canopy with the help of 14 zip lines. Board an amphibious vehicle and take to the native terrain, traveling jungle trails and deep inside caves. Swim the underground river surrounded by ancient stalactites and stalagmites. And plunge through an exciting raft ride, paddling only with your hands, while marveling at the natural wonders at every turn. The adventure doesn’t stop when the sun sets! Xplor Fuego Tour sheds new light on this exciting adventure at night with the help of torch fire, fireflies and the stars. This is the one excursion me and Ryan are most excited for!!

This is part of the XPLOR adventure park. We will go beneath the surface and explore the caves and caverns on an Underground Rafting adventure!! We can't wait to try this! There are two different paths showcasing amazing rock formations millions of years in the making. Another way to explore these caverns and the jungle paths is by way of an Amphibious Vehicle. Following a charted path we can actually swim in the cave waters with the rock formations hanging above us in the Stalactite Rivers!

It's a good thing the room has a kitchen so we can cook most of our meals. However, there will definitely be a night or two where we will want to splurge and enjoy some yummy Mexican food at a restaurant!! From morning to night, Oceano serves eclectic and diverse menus featuring Mexican specialties, international classics, grill favorites, SuperFoodsRx™ dishes, and a la carte and buffet breakfast options. An assortment of theme-night buffets is available throughout the week and varies by season.

There are many places to shop in Cancun like the La Isla Shopping Village and Plaza Kukulkan. We plan on browsing through the boutique stores and picking up a few local handicrafts and souvenirs as mementoes from our honeymoon.

With your lovely wedding gift, we will experience a romantic and special honeymoon! We will begin our new lives together and enjoy each other's company while creating unforgettable honeymoon memories. It's our happily ever after and we thank you for making our honeymoon extraordinary!
