We plan on spending New Years Eve and the days prior at Walt Disney World. You know, for the magic.

Enjoy a scenic 45-minute motorized catamaran cruise to the picture perfect Isla Pasion for a day of relaxation. On this tour you’ll be able to swing in a hammock, browse the souvenir stores, swim or sunbathe, enjoy complimentary beach chairs, play a game of volleyball and use a kayak. Bring the kids to the family area where they will find fun games and a activity center designed around a traditional Mexican fair atmosphere: play a marble game, ring toss, Mexican lottery and a scavenger hunt where you will follow clues to get a prize. Complimentary domestic open bar serves both and alcoholic and soft beverages. Lunch features a Mexican-style buffet with Chicken fajitas, grilled fish, rice with banana, green salad, seasonal fruits, guacamole, pasta with meatballs, smashed potatoes with sausage, cold pasta with tuna and fries and food for the kids.

A comfortable motor coach will whisk you from your ship to a newly opened site known locally as Little Chichén Itzá for its complete set of structures. Officially called the “Beautiful City of Pyramids”, this was the last standing Mayan city civilization before the arrival of the Spanish. There are even some colored wall murals that have survived throughout the centuries. This location is where the suspected 6 mile long meteor impacted Earth millions of years ago causing an ash fallout, killing of the dinosaurs and forming the Hidden World of the Mayan Underground River Caverns. You will enjoy a wonderful Lazy River Tube float, Open Air Cave swim and Cavern snorkeling; three different activities in the cenote water system with crystal clear fresh waters and amazing stalactites and stalagmites. Back at the base station is Palapa’s Restaurant where you will find a very authentic Mayan Lunch that awaits your appetite.
