They will savor up to 12 different varietals made from grapes such as the Assyrtiko and learn about Santorini’s volcanic viticulture. Ethan tried and loved Sauvignon Blanc for the first time with Addyson at Saltwater Vineyards in Stonington, CT. He claimed it was the "ambiance" of the surroundings. Maybe the Grecian "ambiance" will have the same impact.
