With your wedding gift we will travel back in time to the pyramid field at Dahshur home to the Red pyramid and the "Bent" pyramid both built by Snofru, founder of the 4th Dynasty and father of Khufu. We will venture inside the Red pyramid, which is the second largest pyramid in Egypt. Thank you!

On This trip to Memphis we will see the site of the ancient Egyptian capital during the Old Kingdom. (Not Elvis) With highlights that include a limestone colossus of Ramses II and a giant alabaster Sphinx weighing over 80 tons. We can't wait!

We'll take a romantic and entertaining dinner cruise on the Nile with the city lights of Cairo as a backdrop. We will be entertained by spectacular belly dancers and a folklore band, with the unforgettable and extraordinarily colorful tannoura spin.

Absolutely no visit to Cairo would be complete without taking an unforgettable stroll around the Giza plateau, home to the Great Pyramids of Giza. The only present-day survivors of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. By standing at the very foot of the pyramids or Khufu (Cheops), Khafre (Chephren) and Menkaure (Mycerinus) we will appreciate the skill and determination of the Ancient Egyptians who built them 4500 years ago. We will then venture inside one of these fabulous monuments and explore the mysteries of its ancient past for ourselves.

No trip to Egypt would be complete without a visit to Khafres Valley Temple where we will gaze upon the enigmatic Sphinx, an ancient figure shrouded in legend and mystery.

No trip to Luxor is complete without a visit to the strikingly graceful Temple of Luxor, dedicated to the Theban Triad of Amun-Min, Mut and Khonsu. Founded by Amenophis III in the XVIII Dynasty, it was added by successful pharaohs including Tutankhamun, Horemheb and notably by Ramses II. This will be a honeymoon experience we will not forget!

Egypt’s Red Sea is teeming with colorful sea life and unspoiled coral reefs. Its crystal clear waters and unique underwater gardens are globally renowned as an aquatic paradise for beginners and advanced divers. With your wedding gift, we will venture into the Red Sea (hopefully it won't part) and take in the natural beauty of the reefs that are even older than Egypt's pyramids.

Not to be missed, the incredible spectacle of a Sound & Light Show at the foot of the Giza Pyramids. Narrated by the enigmatic Sphinx, the show will lead us on a fascinating tour through the history of the Pyramids. An unforgettable experience!

We will visit the Synagogue of Ben Ezra, a vestige of the once thriving Jewish community in Egypt under the leadership of Rabbi Ben Ezra. Inside were discovered the so-called "Geniza Documents," an unparalleled source of information about the life of the Jews in Egypt's past.

At the vast necropolis of Sakkara we will see the amazing 4600-year old Step Pyramid of Zoser, considered to be the beginning of architecture. We will explore the beautifully decorated tombs belonging to high officials of the 3rd and 6th Dynasties, showcasing the beauty and excellence of ancient Egyptian art where we will get a fascinating insight into daily life in acient Eygpt.

We will visit the two magnificent temples at Abu Simbel. These twin temples were carved out of the mountainside during the reign of Pharoh Ramesses ll in the 13th century BC, as a lasting monument to himself and his queen Nefertari, to commemorate his alleged victory at the Battle of Kadesh. Without a doubt, this will be a highlight of our trip to Egypt.

We will take a trip back in time to the vast Museum of Egyptian Antiquities which holds the greatest collection of Egyptian treasures in the world. These include the golden treasures of the Boy King Tutankhamun, and not to be missed will be a visit to the Royal Mummy room, containing the mortal remains of some of Ancient Egypt's most famous pharaohs. A honeymoon experience that is sure to be embalmed in our memory!
