Gusto by Heinz Beck is a Mediterranean restaurant, with Scandinavian inspired design that pays homage to Conrad Hilton’s father Augustus. This is the Conrad Algarve hotel's flagship restaurant where the finest steak and seafood are delivered in a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere. Here, we will indulge ourselves in fine Italian cuisine. The menu at Gusto by Heinz Beck is based on the finest local and international ingredients, prepared in a manner befitting an upscale Grill, where the exquisite attention to detail extends to the house made bread and dips served at each table. We will choose from an extensive wine list offering global and Portuguese wines to ensure perfect pairing, complementing the unique culinary style of Portugal. Our meal at Gusto by Heinz Beck will be simply delicious.

The Louro restaurant will offer us modern Portuguese cuisine with delicious fresh food inspired by Portuguese culinary heritage. With indoor and outdoor dining options, we will enjoy the finest local dishes at any time of the day. The chef tender table allows us to enjoy cookery courses and interactive dining experiences. As well as indoor seating, Louro extends to a small outdoor seating pergola, with fireplace, and the restaurant also offers a private dining room, for more intimate parties. Louro is the restaurant where we will gain a true understanding and appreciation of Portuguese cuisine.

Located on the infinity pool deck, Sereno offers us the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful Algarve sunrise or sunset. Here, we will enjoy seasonal fresh fruit, artisan ice creams and indulgent treats as we soak up the late afternoon sunshine or host a sultry and tropical evening party at this blissful Algarve retreat. How divine.

The Lago lounge offers us the perfect place to relax at any time of the day, with a selection of Sri Lankan teas, classic cocktails, champagne and patisserie delights. The Lago Lounge offers 'little luxuries' in a contemporary living room atmosphere, leading out to an extensive terrace overlooking the gardens and pools of the property. We will toast to our new lives together while taking in a breathtaking view at the Lago lounge.
