We are very excited to learn about anime art in the Ghibli musuem on the outskirts of Tokyo and to bring back some pop culture, anime gifts.

We can’t wait to witness Kamakura and its beautiful attractions on our honeymoon in Tokyo! When we arrive in Kamakura we’ll visit the 750-year-old Great Buddha at Kotokuin Temple and drive along the Pacific Coast to Hakone National Park to enjoy a cruise on Lake Ashi. We’ll enjoy a cable car ride to the top of Mt. Komagatake for magnificent views of Mt. Fuji then indulge in traditional Japanese lunch in the palace Hotel Hakone!

We'll have a drink or two on you at the local bar or at our favorite saloon. Cheers!

With your thoughtful wedding gift, we will be visiting Kyoto seeing some of the main highlights in this spectacular city like Nijo Castle, Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), the Imperial Palace and before heading to Nara, we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch for two at Kyoto Handicraft Center. In Nara us honeymooners will be visiting the Todaiji Temple, Deer Park, Kasuga Shrine then its back to our hotel to relax!

We can’t wait for this exciting sumo wresting match on our honeymoon in Tokyo! At Kokugikan, the Sumo Amphitheater, we’ll enjoy being entertained by sumo wrestlers. This tour offers us excitement and anticipation and an upbeat start to our day!

We LOVE baseball and can't wait to check out the Yomuiri Giants play ball in their own Tokyo stadium.

Indulging in a legitimate, japanese sushi dinner, our favorite food!

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

The catch of the day awaits us! As seafood lovers it will be hard to choose from the different types of seafood restaurants and the variety of fresh fish, all complemented by delectable side dishes, fresh vegetables, and an incredible selection of wines. A delicious treat!

Let's rock out in style our first night in Tokyo!

We will start with our favorite delicacies at the sushi bar in our chosen Japanese restaurant. Then, enjoy the authentic Japanese dining room, where award-winning chefs skillfully twirl their knives through the air during the teppanyaki cooking show. We may even try a glass or two of hot sake.

Let us enjoy, and explore, our new found love of sake at a sake tasting.

We will thoroughly enjoy participating in an interactive, steam-your-own food shabu-shabu dining experience in a traditional Japanese shabu-shabu restaurant.

We would love to shop around for our favorite piece of art as a cherished keepsake from our once in a lifetime trip. This gift will adorn our home for many years to come!
