After we grab some warm jackets and trekking gear, we will visit the third-largest ice mass in the world. The Patagonian Southern Ice Field stretches over three national parks, including the Torres del Paine and San Rafael Lagoon National Parks. One of the most exciting treks in the world!

Something we have always dreamed of! We’ll jump from a plane at over 4,000 meters (over 13,000 feet) in Santiago. This will be an adventure to remember forever.

The Torres del Paine National Park scenery in Patagonia features beautiful mountains that we can admire while we’re cantering through the golden pampas. We’ll keep an eye out and a safe distance from wildlife.

This is Chile’s number one destination for whitewater rafting! In Pucon along the River Trancura, there are calmer grade III rapids down the lower sections, but we may opt for the grade IV section for more of a thrill.

The largest lake in Patagonia is home to a geologic formation, the marble caves that were formed by action over the last 6,200 years. We’ll kayak over mostly calm, occasionally choppy, waters to experience one of the most unique caves in the world.

Starting from the town of Puyuhuapi, we’ll go to the Southernmost point of town along the Carretera Austral. Arriving at Bosque Encontado, one of the most lush and sheltered parks in Patagonia. We will experience the damp and muddy evergreen forest, climbing across rocks and along a river, reaching the top where we will have unhindered views of the glacier fed lake below.

We can’t wait to strap in, lock on and enjoy the ride! There is ziplining in Cajón del Maipo as well as Puerto Varas, where we will be zipping through the trees at high speeds.

We will have memories to cherish for years to come. We can view the majesty of our magical breath-taking destination from above, on a first class helicopter tour.
