You can't visit Germany & not visit a few castles! Specifically we're planning to visit Neuschwanstein Castle & Heidelberg Castle in Germany and Blarney Castle in Ireland!

The main event in the rest of the world is soccer. We'll catch a football match as they call it!

We hope to immerse ourselves in as many cultural experiences as possible, with the iconqic the Irish prison on the coastal edge of Cork being high on our list!

We plan on getting a couple's massage during our stay at Dromoland Castle at the end of our trip. It would be the perfect ending to an amazing trip

We'll be spending the morning going hawking on the castle grounds! Cecily is a tad more excited about this than Andy lol

Galway is known of it's lively & amazing nightlife! We're staying down in the heart of the town right next to the iconic Quay bar, which will be having a local band one night that we plan to enjoy! (With drinks and food of course lol)

We plan on visiting as many Gasthaus's as possible to have pints & dinner alongside watching football games with the locals

We are looking to visit many iconic breweries all over Germany, including Hofbrau, Monastery & Weihenstephan. The more the merrier, right?

We hope to experience the best of the German & Irish wines & sample their local cheeses in Kilarney!

Discovering the beautiful Munich by night! We will pass beautifully illuminated monuments, fountains, and buildings. In the famous Hofbrauhaus, we'll be treated to an evening, Bavarian style, with music, shows and dinner. Afterwards, we'll pass through the former artists' quarter Schwabing going on to the olympic area where we will ascend the Olympic Tower to enjoy the marvelous view of the city by night. Time to let our hair down!

The place to be for New Year's Eve in Munich is Prater Island at their "New Year's Eve All In" Party and we would love to be there expereincing our first New Year's Eve as newly weds!

The best way to start our romantic day on the Rhine is onboard a KD ship with a Rhine Pass. We can embark and disembark as often as we like at the many interesting stops, and spend as much or as little time as we like. Enjoying the Rhine Valley with its numerous beautiful castles, endless vineyards, the Lorely and much, much, more.

We'll spend a day admiring the picturesque scenery of Romantic Road, Rothenburg and Harburg. Visit Harburg, one of the oldest, biggest and best-preserved castles of Southern Germany, through the Swabian crater landscape passing Dinkelsbuhl, arriving in Rothenburg, the most perfectly preserved medieval town in Europe. We will still have plenty of time for sightseeing, lunch and of course shopping!

We'll explore Hamburg with three maritime tours, a harbor cruise, a boat trip on the Alster lakes, and a visit to 17th-century houses belonging to the traders' guild. Plus, roam the city at our own pace with a three-day pass for two to hop-on or hop-off double-decker buses and the Hummelbahn!

We hope to immerse ourselves in as many cultural experiences as possible, with the Tower of London & Big Ben Tour at the top of our list for our time in England! Price covers both 2 entry tickets

Behind the scenes whiskey tour from the iconic Tullamore DEW Distillery in Ireland! We will spend a couple hours tasting their world famous whiskey and then enjoy lunch by the canal where it sits (and used to be used during prohibition!) *Priced per person*

Wiesbaden, Germany, is known for its mineral springs and thermal baths. With 26 thermal springs simmering below Wiesbaden, the state capital of Hesse, this is a city with a watery past. The Wiesbaden Germany hot springs have been renowned for centuries. Thermalbad Aukammtal is nesteled in the mountain town with stunning views and we cannot wait to spend Christmas Day there

South of Nuremburg is known for it's wines and we plan on enjoying an experience at a few local places!

We're planning on renting a car in Germany & Ireland. Andy would love to drive in style... Cecily just wants to be able to fly down the Autobahn as fast as possible lol
