This thrilling four-wheel-drive journey will take us where breathtaking landscapes and traditional culture are just waiting to be discovered! We will experience the spectacular scenery, lives of rural Costa Ricans that have barely changed over the years, secluded soft silver-sand beaches, exotic flora and fauna and many quaint little villages. Sounds like honeymoon fun!

The Arenal Volcano is one of the most active volcanoes in the Americas. From our observation point, we will feel the ground tremble and see the night sky explode with ash and lava in a natural display of fireworks. We will visit the hot springs of Arenal, where we will relax in the soothing waters and be caressed by the cool night air while observing the stars and the incredible night sky above the volcano. This is absolutely an evening we will not want to miss.

We can't wait to experience the thrill of this bicycle tour! With our guide at hand, we will pass by properties of livestock breeding for milk production, crops of the region, the National Monument of Guayabo and the town of Santa Cruz through wild mountains and challenging terrain. Once we reach our destination, the city of Turrialba, we will enjoy a true Costa Rican lunch while we meet with some of the locals!

Costa Rica's bungee jumping hot spot is the "Viejo Puente Sobre el Rio Colorado" so why not give it a try? After all, we are in Costa Rica! We will revel in the excitement and thrill of flying through the sky as we bungee jump off of a 300 foot bridge! As we keep falling and falling, just as we did for each other, we know this will be one experience we will never forget!

On our tour, we will depart from La Fortuna and drive to Los Chiles, a rustic town, taking a boat down to Rio Frio to the Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge. There, we will observe many different types of birds along with sloth, monkeys, caimans, lizards, bats and an array of colorful flora of the wetland. A truly beautiful experience!

This Canopy Tour will be an amazing, unforgettable experience! We'll fly through the tree tops of the Monteverde Could Forest on steel cables. We'll experience the various levels of the canopy as we glide and swing from tree to tree. Watch out Tarzan!

Our tour begins with a hiking trip through a tropical humid forest, passing bridges and spectacular scenery, to the Fortuna Waterfall with amazing swimming holes. After our honeymoon lunch at "Lava Rocks Restaurant" we will make our way to tour the Arenal Volcano. As we walk up the lava flows and watch the sunset we'll await the darkness to see and hear glowing rocks of lava tumbling down the side of the mountain, then it's time for a relaxing soak in the warmed mineral waters of Tabacon Resort and a romantic honeymoon dinner for two!

We will travel through a unique inland waterway learning about the important ecosystems in the world while enjoying the enchanting mangrove estuary, observing whiteface capuchin monkeys and an array of colorful jeweled birds. Fresh tropical fruits will be served on our kayaking adventure, after we have worked up a sweat!

Our experienced captain will take us out into the Pacific Ocean near Cano Island to crystal blue waters teaming with sea life. Here Orcas, pilot, humpback and other whales are sighted almost daily. Together we will have the thrill of meeting our dolphins face-to-face, sharing a soft touch, and viewing their grace and beauty. We'll make sure to take home a photo for a perfect memory of our honeymoon adventure.

Our tour will begin with a scenic drive through coffee and sugar cane plantations to the city of Grecia where the famous, rare and beautiful metal church rests. Next, we'll tour the craftsmen factories of Sarchi where they build oxcarts splendidly decorated and treasured worldwide for their unique beauty. What a day!

We'll get an early start on this tour heading to the Arenal Dam where a motorboat takes us to Arenal Lake and to El Castillo where our horses will be ready for us! Our horses will lead us across rivers, grasslands and lush forests while we climb hills until we reach the Monteverde Cloud Forest and the nearby Children's Rainforest Reserve! One unforgettable honeymoon memory!

We will discover the beauty of nature in a lush rainforest on the Pacific Coast in Costa Rica, visiting the Guacalillo estuary and the delta of the Tarcoles River near the Carara National Park, surrounded by mangroves and tropical forests where we will see different species of flora and fauna. Witnessing large colonies of crocodiles, nesting sites of the scarlet macaw and different types of species, we will have to bring our camera for this honeymoon expedition!

We are excited to go kayaking to Manzanillo arriving on the pristine Manzanillo Beach where we will start our underwater expedition. Swimming over beautiful corals, through caverns where an enchanted underwater garden awaits us with its precious treasures, brain coral, fire coral, turtle grass, parrot fish, angel fish, blue tangs and many more! With your thoughtful wedding gift, we will drive through lush coffee plantations and flower farms arriving at Poas National Park, a reserve with rich tropical vegetation and animal life and where the famous Poas Volcano rests. We will get to hike through the surrounding forest teeming with plant life and exotic birds and rest on an emerald green, tropical lagoon to heighten the romance of our honeymoon hiking tour!

Traveling into the heart of a lush and tropical rainforest in an open-air gondola with canvas awnings, we will feel a bit of adrenaline as we soar above a rugged valley, a private reserve abundant with tropical wildlife learning about its history. We will be thanking you kindly!

We will finally experience the true Tarzan and Jane way of life as we soar through the trees of Tu Ru Bari Tropical Park. On this exhilarating tour, we will get a bird's eye view of the park's magnificent scenery and exotic flora and fauna and have the opportunity to taste the local flavors of the Costa Rican cuisine in one of the two restaurants Tu Ru Bari offers! Exploring the Monteverde Cloud Forest, seeing our tropical surroundings from a bird's eye view as we swing from platform to platform in a safe and easy manner among the treetops.
