We'll have a drink or two on you at the local bar or at our favorite saloon. Cheers!

We'll tour the spectacular Uffizi Gallery in Florence, home to Botticelli's Primavera and Birth of Venus, as well as many other famous paintings.

How could we go to Italy without taking in the offerings of one of the finest wine-making regions in the world?

No youth hostels for us; we're going to stay in style! Well, modest style...

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

With our fondness for American ice cream, I'm sure we won't be able to pass by a gelato shop without stopping.

A table will be reserved for us at our favorite restaurant. We can choose from fresh fruits, freshly baked pastries, breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, French toast, hash browns, juice and coffee. Give us the works we need our energy on our getaway.

We will have to choose from all the local Italian restaurants in town to reserve the perfect table in the most romantic setting. We will tantalize our taste buds with homemade pasta, Panini, fresh Seafood, select an Italian vino and enjoy the best dessert ever, ending with a cup of cappuccino. Now that's amore!

What better way to regain our energy during sightseeing than with traditional Pizza Margherita? Margherita - tomato sauce, mozzeralla, basil. The colors are red, white and green - the same colors as the Italian flag. This pizza was first in Naples made for Queen Margherita of Italy.

We would love to shop around for our favorite piece of art as a cherished keepsake from our once in a lifetime trip. This gift will adorn our home for many years to come!
