The source of the Wingfield River provides most of the spring water that is used on St. Kitts.You first stop at Romney Manor on the fringes of this area to admire several acres of beautiful, mature tropical gardens that make this area famous.Then you move on to explore the natural unspoiled flora and fauna - ginger lilies and varieties of medicinal plants, humming birds, butterflies and green vervet monkeys are just a few of nature's bounty.

We'll take a fun lesson and learn how to ride the waves. Surf's Up!
