There is nothing like a relaxing horseback ride taking in the beautiful scenery of our surroundings.

We will head up a full day on the South Platte River learning how to fly fish. The South Platte River is one of the most famed rivers in all of Colorado - and rightfully so. This tremendous fishery is comprised of several tailwater stretches, creating a diverse fishery that offers great fishing opportunities year-round. In the spring monster rainbows run up out of Elevenmile Reservoir to spawn, and trout of double-digit weight are not at all uncommon. p.s. We are totally stoked about this one!

The track of the Pikes Peak Cog Railway is 8.9 miles long. The round trip lasts 3 hours and 10 minutes. The first third of our trip is along Ruxton Creek in Englemann Canyon. Here the steep track follows a cascading stream through dense stands of Englemann spruce, Colorado blue spruce as well as Ponderosa pine trees. The track is built next to the stream and there are boulder fields on both sides of the train. Conductors like to point out the various "faces" and shapes which, with a bit of imagination, can be seen in the giant boulders.

We have rented an amazing cabin close Woodland Park, Colorado to enjoy our honeymoon together. The cabin has great views, is spacious and is made for relaxing.

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

It's casual, fun and perfect for an afternoon lunch. With so many restaurants in town, we'll choose the most perfect, casual restaurant where we'll take delight in the juiciest burgers, fresh sandwiches, chicken and fries!

We will make our honeymoon meals together in our cozy little cabin.

Wonder who will feed who grapes in bed? We'll order a nice basket of fruit that should keep our energy high.

A table will be reserved for us at our favorite restaurant. We can choose from fresh fruits, freshly baked pastries, breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, French toast, hash browns, juice and coffee. Give us the works we need our energy on our getaway.

With your lovely wedding gift, we will experience a romantic and special honeymoon! We will begin our new lives together and enjoy each other's company while creating unforgettable honeymoon memories. It's our happily ever after and we thank you for making our honeymoon extraordinary!
