We'll hike from our beach resort in Riomaggiore through the 5 villages of the Cinque Terre, stopping to enjoy the amazing views, stroll along lover's walk, and watch Carol cliff dive. We'll eat the famous spaghetti al cartoccio half way for more energy and then take a boat back to admire the coast we just traversed.

A gondola ride is the quintessence of romantic Venice! We will enjoy a soothing journey along the canals and be captivated by the glamour and elegance of this true Italian honeymoon experience. We'll be taken to a spectacular water front Venetian restaurant to be wined and dined in style. Simply heaven!

We will take a romantic honeymoon drive along the breath-taking Amalfi coast to the hilltop town of Ravello, with a lovely Romanesque cathedral and the famous gardens of the Villa Rufalo, then on to picture perfect Sorrento to dine outdoors with spectacular views of the Italian Riviera and of course shopping!

What better way to remember our honeymoon then by purchasing a meaningful piece of art to display in our home, especially since this will be my first overseas adventure!

Cinque Terre's terraced hills are covered in grape vines. Corniglia, one of the 5 villages of the Cinque Terre, is most famous for it's wine. We'll climb the hill to Corniglia to sample the local vino.

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order eggs florentine, cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

We'll travel to a tiny village on the Amalfi Coast and enjoy the Michelin 3 Star cuisine of famed chef Don Alfonso. The restaurant is noted in part for its beautiful azure dining rooms, its picturesque Mediterranean garden and the ancient Roman tunnels that house its wine cellar.

We'll enjoy fresh seafood from the Mediterranean on the intimate terrace of this famed restaurant in Cinque Terre.

Once we're on the Amalfi Coast we'll take a hydrofoil to the beautiful island of Capri and explore the famous Blue Grotto and (if i can talk Carol into it) take the chair lift up 1,932 feet to the top of Mount Solaro to witness the breathtaking romantic views.

What a great wedding gift! On a scooter with the warm breezes blowing gently on our faces, we will enjoy a fun honeymoon day exploring our honeymoon destination.

Italy is a long way away, over 6000 miles to be exact. To get Carol and I to Italia this gift will get us 200 miles closer. If we get stuck in Morocco or can't get back it will be no one's fault but yours.

Now that we have arrived in Venice, we're ready to explore the rest of the country! Our other destinations include Cinque Terre and the Amalfi Coast. This gift will help us buy train tickets to our other destinations.

As aspiring oenophiles, or people who just like wine, we'll spend a day at our desired winery enjoying the entertaining and knowledgeable explanation of the winemaking process, followed by a tasting of some of the finest wines!
