One honeymoon date we can't miss! A day tour of Ancient Rome! An exciting journey through history and its legends, stories and anecdotes. With our guide we will begin at the Colosseum and the Arch of Constantine, then take a leisurely stroll through the Roman Forum and the Imperial Fori to the Capitol Hill, ending up at the Pantheon, Hadrian's temple dedicated to all the pagan gods. What a great day!

After a romantic honeymoon dinner, we'll experience Rome by night! We will stroll to the unforgettable Trevi Fountain, then on to the Roman Pantheon built in 27 BC to sample the most praised ice cream in Italy. Next, we will have a nightcap at the Piazza Navona, considered the most beautiful square in Rome with its 3 Bernini fountains. We can't wait!

Visiting south of Florence, we will stroll along the city's political heart flanked by the Palazzo Vecchio. Next, we will visit the town hall and the Uffizi Gallery, one of Italy's leading art galleries. We'll visit the church of the Santa Croce home to frescoes by Giotto and tombs of some of Florence's greatest men: Michelangelo, Machiavelli, Galileo and Rossini and no visit would be complete without a tour of the Gallery of the Academy with the original masterpiece David by Michelangelo!

Juliette's house in Verona, the leaning Towers of Bologna, museums, churches, galleries... there are many more things we hope to see.

The classic way to experience romantic Venice! A chance to relax and take in sites like Bridge of Sighs and the Rialto.

On our romantic Italian honeymoon, we'll embrace Venice's rich history on this guided walk around St. Mark's Square! Afterwards we will tour some of the city's most famous historical landmarks including the gold-dotted St. Mark's Basilica, the Gothic Ducale Palace and the breathtaking Bridge of Sighs.

On this honeymoon trip we'll visit the charming hill town of Tivoli, less than an hour from the hustle and bustle of Rome, wander around Villa Adriana, a sprawling estate that includes theatres, baths, temples, fountains, and palaces before heading to Villa d'Este, renowned for its spectacular gardens, elaborate fountains and breathtaking views over the plain towards the Eternal City.

Our visit to Milan wouldn't be complete with out taking in a performance at La Scala. We got engaged after a trip to Puccini's Madame Butterfly so it will bring back wonderful memories!

We will tour through the fertile and picturesque Tuscan countryside towards the historic university city of Pisa. Together, we'll take the panoramic drive along the Arno embankments, visit the Piazza dei Miracoli famous for the celebrated Leaning Tower, and unequalled masterpieces of Romanesque art carried out between the 11th and 12th centuries. This will be a great honeymoon day!

With your wedding gift we'll enjoy the bustling city of Naples, home to mouth-watering pizza, and then head off to Pompeii, filled with well-preserved ancient ruins and Italian treasures. A great honeymoon experience!

A couple of hours drive from Milan is Lake Maggiore where we will take a boat to the islands of Bella, Madre and Pescatori. The design of three interlocked rings that we chose to put on our wedding invitations is named after the Borromeo family who own these islands. So this trip will have a special significance to us.

A three-hour bus tour of the city of Milan starting at the Piazza del Duomo, site of the impressive cathedral. The tour includes admission the Cenacolo Vinciano to see The Last Supper - if we can fight our way past all the Da Vinci Code fans!

After visiting Rome and Naples we hope to head north to Tuscany. We will explore the beautiful and historical city of Siena and then head out to the surrounding hills for some wine tasting.

With your wedding gift we will explore three of Venice's most fascinating islands, Murano, Burano, and Torcello by boat. This romantic honeymoon guided tour takes us to Murano's ancient glass-making factories, Burano's centuries-old lace-making houses and Torcello's Byzantine churches.

On our walking tour we'll visit St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and the Sistine Chapel. The Vatican is one of the most interesting and breathtakingly beautiful sites in the world, with some very interesting stories, and our personal guide has all the scoop!

Nothing better to start the day than some fine Italian cofee... maybe a delicious pastry too.

The catch of the day awaits us! As seafood lovers it will be hard to choose from the different types of seafood restaurants and the variety of fresh fish, all complemented by delectable side dishes, fresh vegetables, and an incredible selection of wines. A delicious treat!

We will reverse a lakeside table for a romantic dinner under the stars and look forward to a delicious meal.

Italy is famous for its gelato. After all that sightseeing a chance to relax with some cooling ice-cream will be very welcome!

We will have to choose from all the local Italian restaurants in town to reserve the perfect table in the most romantic setting. We will tantalize our taste buds with homemade pasta, Panini, fresh Seafood, select an Italian vino and enjoy the best dessert ever, ending with a cup of cappuccino. Now that's amore!

Pizza was born in Naples and these days Naples and Rome compete to produce the best. I guess we'll just have to try them both!

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere, outstanding cuisine and impeccable service.
