After our stay in Chianti, we will drop the rental car in Pisa and take the train north, up the Italian Riviera to a place known as "Cinque Terre", or "The 5 villages". We will be staying at La Villa Degli Argentieri in Montorosso al Mare. Our balcony will overlook the harbor and turquoise waters of the Mediterranean for 4 nights while we hike between the 5 villages and sample the locally grown wine and pesto of which the region is famous.

After arriving in Florence, we will spend our first two nights at the hotel Albergo Firenze. Located in the heart of Florence, this will be a great base to explore the history and art of Florence while sampling all the food, wine, and gelato that we can handle!

One final night in Madrid to explore the city center and the Prado before boarding a plane and heading back to reality. We will stay at a convenient downtown location, Hotel NH Nacional, just across the street from the famous Prado museum.

Once arriving in Sevilla, we will check into Hotel Casa 1800. A beautiful place in the heart of the charming barrio Santa Cruz, this will be a perfect starting point for the next 5 nights to explore the narrow winding streets and find the best cafes the city has to offer. Our room will have a private terrace with a jacuzzi, overlooking the city skyline, including El Catedral and the Alcazar, two of Sevilla's most iconic structures.

After driving into Chianti, we will make our way to the town of Radda, where just outside of town we will stay at a Villa overlooking the Tuscan Countryside. This will be our home for the next 2 days while we explore the local vineyards and the small medieval towns dotting the rolling hills.

Of course one of the best parts of visiting Europe is the food and wine. The pasta, the marinara, the pesto, the tapas, the paella! The wine, the gelato, and the deserts from endless cafes and bakeries! Please raise your glass and help us toast our new lives together! Cheers!

We will have a short flight on Ryan Air from Pisa, Italy to Sevilla, Spain.

After a couple days in Florence, we will rent a car and drive south into the Tuscan countryside to the region known as Chianti.

The night after our Wedding, we will take an overnight flight from Boston to Florence to begin our honeymoon and new life together. At the end of our trip, we will fly from Madrid back to San Francisco.

We will have a couple of trains to take in Europe. First will be a local train from Pisa north to Cinque Terre and back. Then, towards the end of our trip, we will take the high speed AVE train from Sevilla to Madrid. This train does the normally 6.5 hour drive in less then 2.5 hours!
