On the 3rd Day of the cruise we will stop at the Greek Isle of Santorini. After going ashore by local tender boat, we will board a bus that will climb 800ft to the top of the caldera. We will see an active Volcano and many small villages from the Southern end all the way to the Northern tip of Santorini. We will arrive in the Village of Oia for panaoramic views of cliffs and small islands surrounded by the deep blue sea. After a walk through the village we will arrive at a local winery. At the winery we will be able to have some greek snacks during a wine tasting.

On the 4th day of our cruise we will port in Piraeus Greece which is 15-20 minutes southwest of Athens. We are soooo excited to visit Athens! This tour is about 7 hours. We will get to visit The Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, the National Gardens, National Library, the Parliment building, the Panathinion Stadium, and of course The Acropolis!! Then we will have 3 hours on our own to have lunch, do some shopping and explore on our own!

On the 6th and 7th day of our tour we will arrive in Istanbul, Turkey. This is a 2 day tour. We will get to see all the city's highlights and have a traditional Turkish lunch. We will be visiting the Hippodrome, St. Sophia Museum, The Blue Mosque, Topakpi Palace, The Underground Palace, and the Spice Bizzare. We will also go on a boat trip on the Bosphorus. Finally, we will visit the Grand Bizzare for lots of shopping! (shhh I am most excited about this!)

On the 8th day of our cruise we will arrive in Ephesus, Turkey. We will drive from the pier through the countryside to the House of Virgin Mary where we will also visit the Fountain of Our Lady. Then we will take a short ride to the city of Ephesus and the Open Air Archeological Museum to see the Odeon, the Fountain of Trajan, and the Grand Theatre where St. Paul preached. Then we will walk through the Arcadian way where Mark Anthony and Cleopatra once rode in procession. Then we will visit the remains of St. John's Basilica. At the end of the tour we will stop for a traditional Turkish lunch.

On the 9th day of the cruise we will be arriving on the Greek Isle, Mykonos, Greece. The south coast of Mykonos has the islands most beautiful beaches! The beach on the Agean Sea has crystal clear water and lots to do. We will be traveling 25 miles to Elia Beach to have a nice relaxing day on the beach, maybe with some parasailing.

On the 11th day of our cruise, we will arrive in Naples. We will take a 40-minute jetfoil boat ride to Capri. We will visit Capri Town's shops and sights by walking through the narrow streets. Then we will take the boat back to the mainland. Then we will drive south to Sorrento for lunch. Following lunch we will head to Pompeii for a walking tour of the ruins. We are so very excited to visit Pompeii, it has been a dream of both of us for many years! We will also get to visit a cameo factory and learn about cameo carving and have an opportunity to purchase some.

We don't want to settle for a standard room especially on this special trip. With your gift, we can plan ahead and upgrade to a romantic suite on our cruise!

We will have to choose from all the local Italian restaurants in town to reserve the perfect table in the most romantic setting. We will tantalize our taste buds with homemade pasta, Panini, fresh Seafood, select an Italian vino and enjoy the best dessert ever, ending with a cup of cappuccino. Now that's amore!

We will choose a nice romantic restaurant in Rome to have a fabulous dinner. We are looking foward to some authentic pasta! yummy!

On the 6th night of our cruise we will be docked in Istanbul, Turkey. We will enjoy a complete Turkish dinner in a local nightclub. There will be a floor show during and after dinner with Belly Dancers, folk dancing, and singers. We will truly get a real Turkish experience!!
