On our honeymoon in Madrid we’ll visit Avila and Segovia! In Avila we’ll see the birthplace of the mystic writer Saint Teresa of Jesus and we’ll admire the picturesque view of Avila on the hill of Los Cuatro Postes after visiting San Vicente Basilic. In Segovia we’ll witness its amazing Aqueduct, see its Alcazar, a beautiful and world famous 11th-century Medieval Castle inspired by the Disney Castle and indulge in the fresh flavors of a typical Segovian lunch at Solaire Restaurant!

What would be a trip to Spain without checking out amazing singer-songwriters?

What could be better than knowing we'll have breakfast to enjoy between the sheets? We'll order freshly baked bread, churros con chocolate and hot coffee which all seem to taste better served to us in bed!

The catch of the day awaits us! As seafood lovers it will be hard to choose from the different types of seafood restaurants and the variety of fresh fish. Then again, we can sample them all in a Seafood Pella. A delicious treat!

We look forward to reserving an intimate candlelit dinner. We'll choose a quiet restaurant with a warm atmosphere and outstanding cuisine.

While honeymooning in Madrid, we’ll want to visit the El Rastro Flea Market! For the last 500 years, this has been the place to be! We’ll find everything under the sun, including the snail special at the market’s Los Caracoles tapas bar!

We would love to shop around for our favorite piece of art as a cherished keepsake from our once in a lifetime trip. This gift will adorn our home for many years to come!

Any help to get to and from our destination is a wonderful gift. We will be thanking you long after take off.

As aspiring oenophiles, or people who just like wine, we'll spend a day at our desired winery enjoying the entertaining and knowledgeable explanation of the winemaking process, followed by a tasting of some of the finest wines!
