On our honeymoon we would love to hike through trails of the rainforest to Cahuita, visiting Puerto Vargas along the way. Our journey will come to a brief stop where we will have a romantic picnic lunch by the crystal clear Caribbean waters and maybe take a cool refreshing dip. Continuing on the trail we will see howler monkeys, the green ibis and the mighty rufous kingfisher above in the treetops! So many sights to take in but we will do it all thanks to you!

This Canopy Tour will be an amazing, unforgettable experience! We'll fly through the tree tops of the Monteverde Could Forest on steel cables. We'll experience the various levels of the canopy as we glide and swing from tree to tree. Watch out Tarzan!

We'd love to be able to hire a guide through the rain forest. Local guides know where all the best spots are within the national parks.

We'll take an adventurous ride up in the mountains and hike through the amazing rainforest. We'll enjoy dazzling rivers and cool off under a spectacular waterfall.

With your wedding gift, we will tour through the Pan-American heading to Alajuela, visiting the agriculture monument, the Juan Santa Maria statue and the famous Mangos Park. We will take a stop at the coffee fields, a fern farm, strawberry plantations, and flower farms. Continuing onto the Caribbean area we will discover the La Paz Waterfall Gardens where we will hike trails, witness the largest enclosed butterfly observatory and a hummingbird gallery full of tropical jewels. We even have time to sit down and enjoy a romantic buffet lunch, Costa Rican style!

Exploring the Monteverde Cloud Forest, seeing our tropical surroundings from a bird's eye view as we swing from platform to platform in a safe and easy manner among the treetops. We will hike trails across deep canyons and get the scoop on the local flora and fauna. A lovely wedding gift, for us lovely honeymooners!

Most rooms in Costa Rica don't have air conditioning. However, all the hotel's we'll be staying at offer rooms with it for a small fee in addition to the regular price. Thank you for keeping us cool!

La Pecora Nera is the finest italian restaurant in Costa Rica, and the seating is Jungle-side. We'd love to be able to visit the restaurant.

A scooter is a fun and casual way to see the sights of our honeymoon destination. No need to fix our hair for this trip!

Travel between the places we'll be staying takes around four hours. With each of these, we'll be able to hire a private van rather than take the bus!
