Once upon a time a handsom young man met the most beautiful woman ever to walk the face of earth. Can you guess what happened next? Who knew love was so grand? I might have known Yun was the one from the first time I laid eyes on her. I have never met a lady so kind, so aware of the needs of those around her, so attentive to the comfort of the people she cares for. She is brave, kind, gentle and very, very, very sweet. That of course is just the beginning.
Most importantly, I know she is my gift from God. I long always to be the man God designed for Lin. To be an example to my wife and someday, children, of Gods perfect love for us. Wish me luck!
Our Ceremony will begin at 1:00 p.m. October 30th. Located at Cape County Park South in Cape Girardeau, Mo. The service will be short and sweet. Then on to the celebration located at Pavilion #22, follow the balloons!
The forecast for Tuesday is highs near 70, sunny to partly cloudy, light winds 5-10 mph! The day will be almost as lovely as the bride. If however, the weather insist that we move indoors we will hold the ceremony in the sanctuary of Cape First. My parents were also married at Cape First Assembly. It will be fun to see so many of the people who were in my parents video on our wedding video as well.
We look forward to visiting Yun's family in the coming year to celebrate our life and love with them. We wish they were here to join in the festivities.
A Christmas wedding was our original plan. And I thought I would outgrow the agony of waiting for Santa long before now. However, one night in early October Yun and I were rummaging though the family videos and found mom and dads wedding film. Wow, I can’t believe it still works almost nineteen years later! We had so much fun watching it we decided we should make one of our own! In fact we should make it on the same day, at the same hour, we’ll even use the same minister! We will invite the same church family! So, here we are, the beginning of our lives together just moments away.
After the festivities we will head home to our nest on Benjamin Ct. I will most likely ask Yun to cook. If you ever taste her cooking, you’ll understand!! Early on the 31st we are heading to Gatlinburg!!! Gatlinburg has always been a favorite family destination. I look forward to sharing it with my angel. Maybe she will love it as much as I do, then we can take the kiddo’s there and make our own family memories.

It is so amazing to think the wait is almost over. The joyful day is almost here. Blue skies, Yun's eyes, Autumn leaves, her hand in mine, white dress, diamonds, her kiss. This will be an event you don't want to miss! I know I won't!
We will be delighted to see each and everyone of you. Wish we could take you with us to see the color in the Tennessee hills! Well, ok, I'm stretching it, but, we do hope to see you at the park!!!!
