Charlene and Daniel would first like to express sincere appreciation to all of their many family members and friends who have helped them get to where they are today and who are visiting their wedding website. We have had so much fun and experienced so much thus far in our journey. And, what a journey it has been. Charlene and Daniel met four years ago at Tino’s, a local Karaoke bar in Fairfax, Virginia. Both were regulars of this particular local “hole in the wall” joint, but had been visiting on different nights for over a year and had never met until Hurricane Isabel decided to grace us all with her presence on September 20th, resulting in both Charlene and Daniel finally visiting on the same night and meeting each other (with a little encouragement from some of Charlene’s girlfriend’s who were nearby). A year later, Daniel’s company offered him a job opportunity in Guatemala and Charlene decided to join him there and begin to build their life there together. The rest, they say, is history. They have been in love, laughing, smiling, and having fun living in Antigua, Guatemala ever since. Charlene and Daniel are so excited to begin the next stage of their lives together beginning with their wedding in Antigua!

Charlene and Daniel will be married on Sunday, January 20th, 2008 at 12:00 pm noon in the gardens of Hotel Mansion del Pensativo. The ceremony will be conducted by a new found friend from Guatemala, Igal Permuth. We are so happy to begin our lives together in our new found home in Antigua and to share this beginning with our beloved friends and family from the States and all of our new found friends from around the world, now living here in Antigua.

Charlene and Daniel would like to invite you to a brunch reception immediately following the ceremony at Meson Panza Verde. A cocktail reception with passed hors d’oeuvres and wedding cake will also be held that evening, Sunday, January 20th, from 8:00 pm until midnight at Sangre Restaurant.

Thank you for visiting our Wedding Website and our Honeymoon Registry. We are really looking forward to celebrating our wedding with all of you in Antigua, Guatemala and to experiencing the honeymoon of our dreams in romantic Italy and Marrakesh, Morocco! We love you all and want to express our sincere thanks to all of you!
