HOW WE FIRST MET: College life group! Anthony introduced us & we started to play foosball. The teams were Keith & Alisha against Anthony & his friend. Alisha scored first & she went to write on the board when she was told that we were the team named "Raiders Rule." For all of you who know Alisha, you know she hates the Raiders & loves the 49ers. She immediately refused to be on Keith's team & switched to the "49er's Rule" team with Anthony. You could imagaine that this was the first conversation that we had together & both of us being who we are (the sarcastic people we are) never let it go throughout the whole game. The game ended with Alisha & Anthony losing by the ONE point that she scored at the very beginning of the game. Trust me Alisha has never let it go since. Our second encounter was at Dodgeball & that is when Alisha gave Keith her business card with her number on it. Keith started texting Alisha from that night on. We went on our first lunch date three days later. Every since then we have never stopped texting or going on fun & romatic dates. HOW WE GOT ENGAGED: Every year Alisha's family goes to Coos Bay. In Coos Bay there is a flower garden called Shore Acres. Keith & Alisha went there in June of 2007 & Keith knew he was going to proposel to Alisha there. Alisha is one of the biggest Christmas fans there are. During Christmas at Shore Acres they decorate every tree & put up lights everywhere! Keith surprised Alisha with a day trip to Oregon. We went to the beach and it started raining so we drove around & ended up at Shore Acres. Alisha was wondering why were we at a garden place at the end of Nov. Keith told Alisha this is your surprise as we walked up to a garden full of shining, bright Christmas lights. Alisha was so excited & amazed. As we walked the whole garden & had hot cider with an unbralla. Alisha asked Keith is there anything you want to see. Keith says yes we walk over to the walk foundate. Keith asked Alisha to close her eyes & when she did Keith was down on one knee in the rain & he asked WILL YOU MARRY ME? Well we all know that Alisha said YES! OUR FUTURE PLANS: We will be living in Paradise at 635 Roe Rd when we first get married. We plan on buying a house in Paradise which makes perfect sense due to Alisha's profession. We do want a cat & a dog & we already have a fish! We aren't planning on having kids for a few years. These of course are just plans & God can change that at anytime

Our wedding is going to be at Centerville Estate on August 23, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. Centerville Estate sits on twenty-five acres in beautiful Butte Creek Canyon in Chico, California. Directions from Chico: Exit Highway 99 at the Skyway Paradise exit and stay on Skyway towards Paradise. Turn Left on Honeyrun Rd (across from golf driving range). At the fork in the road (you will see the Covered Bridge on your right) you will take a left onto Centerville Rd. You will continue on Centerville Rd and the road will get very crooked. Right before the Steel Bridge (it is a one lane bridge) on the Right side is the entrance to Centerville Estates. Turn right., drive through the gate and park. Directions from Paradise: Drive down Skyway towards Chico. Take a Right onto Honeyrun Rd (across from golf driving range). Centerville Estate not only offers the perfect setting for our special day, but a great reception area with outdoor dance floor & bar area. Dinner will be tri-tip, pasta, potatoes, salad, fruit, dinner rolls & a varity of different drinks for all ages. Ohh & of course for dessert we will be having cake made especially by Alisha's family. We are so blessed & thankful to God for bringing us together. We love our families so much & all our dear friends. We would be greatly apprecaited if you would come spend this wonderful special day with us! We are so excited to go on our dream honeymoon! We are going on a romantic island getaway to soak up the sun, relax & start our new life together. Thank you so much for being a part of our honeymoon.
