Trey and Bethanie met 9 1/2 years ago through Bethanie's best friend, Maid of Honor, Jen. Jen was at her boyfriends house cleaning out her wallet, when her boyfriends roommate, Trey, showed up. He saw Bethanie's senior high school picture laying on the table. Trey said to Jen "Wow...this girl is hot. I want to meet her". Jen was reluctant to introduce him to Bethanie as she is very protective of Bethanie, and didn't know Trey all that well. Jen didn't want to see Bethanie's heart get broken like it did in the past. Jen decided to take Trey to Bethanie's work and introduce them. Bethanie could not take her eyes off this handsome man that was standing with Jen. Later that night, Jen invited Trey to come to the dance club where Jen and Bethanie spent every weekend. Bethanie could not stop starting at him. Bethanie is very shy and Jen kept pushing her to go talk to him. Bethanie finally got the nerve to go up to Trey and start talking. That was the night they both knew they would be together forever.
New Years Eve 2007 Trey and Bethanie were in Florida visiting Bethanie's mother. When midnight hit, Trey made an announcement to everyone that 2007 would be the year he would propose, but didn't say when. He kept everyone wondering what day it would be. Bethanie was so excited and so happy. Her true love would finally pop the question after 9yrs of being together.
Thursday February 15th, 2007 Trey took Bethanie out to dinner with his parents. They often went and had dinner with Trey's parents, so this was nothing new to Bethanie. Little did Bethanie know that this dinner would be one to remember. The salads arrived at the table, and Bethanie starting to dig in. Bethanie glanced over to see how Trey's salad was and saw a small maroon box. Before Bethanie could register what she just saw, Trey got up, turned Bethanie's chair around, got down on one knee and proposed in front of an entire restaurant full of strangers. Bethanie could not stop crying and shaking. Trey's mom was crying and Trey's stepdad was taking the pictures of this special moment. After Trey put the ring on her finger, Bethanie jumped up and gave him the biggest hug. The entire restaurant clapped for them. That was the night that would begin a new journey in their lives.
Trey and Bethanie will be married for time and all eternity on Saturday May 17, 2008 at 3:30pm. They will be sealed by Bethanie's Uncle at Rockland Community Church in Golden, Colorado. This is the church where Bethanie's parents are members.

Trey and Bethanie's wedding reception will be held the same day Saturday, May 17th, 2008 from 5:30pm until 11pm at Mount Vernon Country Club located at 24933 Clubhouse Circle, Golden. CO. 80401. There will be buffet dinner served, cash bar, DJ and lots of fun.
