Nathan and I met at in November 2005. Our relationship developed more into a friendship in the next 6 months. Then in August we made plans to go hiking over the weekend (still not sharing those 'feelings'). Well God decided that my car was going to break down that Friday before our hiking plans. So Nathan helped me out and we dropped my car off at Fletcher's. It just so happens that the part wouldn't come until the next day. Go figure...So Nathan offered to drive me home. On the way to my home, we decided to stop at Famous Daves for a beer. After a couple of hours went by of talking, we decided to go to dinner. Then the next morning, bright and early, he picked me up to go hiking. We hung out for a little while longer waiting on my car by strolling around where Nathan grew up then coming to find out his older brother lived in my grandparents old house! We parted ways only to be reunited again that night. It was on that following Sunday Nathan and I admitted to our mutual feelings to take this beyond friendship. So Voila! here we are a year and a half later waiting to be married. We have grown so much together, individually and with God. We feel overwhelming blessed and extremely grateful. We have awesome family and friends that are very loving, fun and supportive. WE LOVE ALL OF YOU!!!
