Our Story
Jason's comments (the lucky one!!!!!):
I met Lan-Ping while on a trip for work. I wasnt looking for love and had no clue that it was about to find me. Honestly I had no chance of not totally falling for such a wonderful woman. I have never met a girl so amazing and full of life. She is so beautiful but that doesnt even begin to list the reasons im so madly in love with her, Lan-Ping is my heart and soul. I want to be by her side for the rest of my life and do my best to deserve her.
Lan-Ping's comments (the lucky one!!!!!):
Jason and I met on an overseas trip, we never paid much attention to each other until we had to work side by side. I never thought I could find romance on a flight back to the states, but we did. We were awake talking for the next 8 hours, chatting through our meals and sharing Key Lime Pie and Cheesecake. He invited me to Jacksonville, FL and who can turn down free lodging in Florida... so I went to visit him a week later. Before seeing him in Florida, we spent some time getting to know each other over the phone. We were so excited to see each other at the airport, I'm sure the look on our faces was priceless as he met me outside the terminal gate. I guess you can say that's how our story began... an unexpected romance that turned into something great. I fell in love with Jason and I can't picture myself with a more perfect man than him. He makes me happy in every way and I can't wait until the day we can be together for the rest of our lives.
Our Wedding
We welcome you to the ceremony in beautiful Saint Augustine, FL. on August 1, 2009 at the courtyard in front of the Lightner Museum at 4:30 pm. Come help us celebrate this wonderful ocassion and help add to the wonderful experience.
Our Reception
Following the ceremony we will move next door to the Casa Monica Hotel. I have good news..Open bar which means our guests can drink and have fun..or watch the drunks and have fun. We love you all and cant wait to see you there!
Travel Arrangements
Any of you whom may need a room while in Florida please let us know so we can get things set up for you. We may try to get a good group rate once we have an idea of how many of our guests will be getting a room while here. The closest airport to St. Augustine will be Jacksonville, FL. A direction card will be enclosed in your wedding invitiation. The gorgeous bride and the very happy groom look forward to hearing from you.
