We met about 8 years ago on a Prestonwood singles retreat. We hit it off instantly and became good friends. Over the years, we've spent time 4 wheeling in his Jeep (RIP), going to concerts like Willie Nelson and Harry Connick, Jr., and riding motorcycles.

We've started dating in October, 2007, and quickly realized it was meant to be.

Raymond proposed on June 13, with a trip to the Dallas World Aquarium, a wonderful steak dinner, and topped it off with a romantic gondola ride through Las Colinas. He had friends and family waiting for us when we returned to shore. He picked a beautiful ring and made our night unforgettable.

Our courtship has been a wonderful extension of our friendship, and we are excited about spending our lives together!
