Roland and I first crossed paths when I needed his expertise on some car trouble. As you all know, he is a brilliant mechanic, but that wasn't my first impression. He had a hard time starting my car and even needed my help turning the key in the ignition. All that however, didn't keep me from seeing his charm and great sense of humor. I was intantly smitten! Our relationship just took off from there and we were attached to each other in the best possible way: love.
On December 15th, 2006, Roland took me to a beautiful resturant called the Sea Watch. We ate a fabulous dinner, laughing and reminiscing at what a wonderful life we were embarking upon together (we recently found out we were pregnant). When the waitress asked if we wanted dessert, me being pregnant, I jumped all over the dessert menu and then excused myself from the table. As I returned, I was expecting a brownie sundae, what I got was Roland down on one knee and a beautiful ring in his hand. As we shared in a hug and kiss, the whole resturaunt began to applaud and several even offered to buy us drinks..."none for me thank you I'm pregnant, but he looks like he could use one" was my answer!
A beautful baby boy and almost 2 years of planning later, here we are preparing for our next big step. On November 14th, we will proudly display to all our family, friends and loved ones our commitment to each other. We will announce to the world, "Till death do us part", and we sincerly hope you will be there with us!
Welcome to our registry! Since Roland and I already have a household established, making our honeymoon one to remember was top on our list, and this registry will help us to achieve our dream honeymoon that we so desire. We are planning on Sandals Dunn's River in Jamiaca (providing there is no hurricane disaster) and your generous gift will help us acheive that. We look forward to seeing you in Novemeber and sharing in our special day!
