Our Story begins about 10 years ago…
A mutual friend introduced us in a dark dank little hole in the wall bar in Arcadia CA. Dan had asked “who is playing all the great music on the jukebox?” Having recognized my superior taste in bad bar music we struck up a conversation. Over the next 8 years we became increasingly close friends but never dated. Dan was there for me and supported me threw my divorce, starting college, when I decided to get sober. We kept in contact when I moved to Virginia. Later when my uncle died he was the only one that came to see how I was. My Parents were on a cruise in Alaska. And I was all alone. He was always at my parties when I moved back to Arcadia. It was at that apartment in Arcadia, after a Christmas party I had that we started dating. A few months later I moved in with him, a few months after that he asked me to marry him. I said “No.” On the fourth try he had a ring in his hand, I said yes.

Our wedding and the reception will be held at the Hiawatha Beach Resort in Walker MN on September 6, 2009 at 4pm. We invite you to spend your vacation there with us. Located on beautiful Leech Lake in the heart of the Chippewa Nationa Forest. Test your skills in fishing for walleye, northern, or muskie. Leech Lake is the muskie capitol of the world. You will never forget the beautiful cry of the Loon at sunset or the feeling of a cool breeze off the lake.
