Our Story
Kevin and I already have such a beautiful family. Remember we're not just getting married, but we're combining our families. Ariana and Oliver, Sampson and Faye and little Patrick are so excited about our wedding.
We really love each other, and already feel married, but now it's going to be official... And I get to wear "The Dress" I'm very excited about that:)!
Kevin is a wonderful father, and a loyal and loving partner. He is committed to our large family and to me, and for that I can't be more pleased with him and our upcoming wedding.
I am an employee of the Open Door Community Health Centers at the Old Town Dental Center. I would describe myself as a very busy mom. Every night it's baseball, softball or both, not to mention work and our home.
We have been an "ITEM" for the last 5 years, and we have been engaged to 3 1/2 years. It's been a long engagement, but we wanted to wait until the time was right.
As far as this registry goes, we've never been on a vacation, just the two of us, and we already have a home, so we decided to ask our friends and family to help us make our Honeymoon Wishes come true. We are also registered at TARGET for our loved ones who don't feel comfortable giving to our Honeymoon...
I just want to take the time out to thank you for being generous, and we can't wait to see you at our wedding and to dance the night away at our reception.

Where you ask?
The Wharfinger Building

How do you get there?
Take 101 to 5th street or 4th street and turn towards the bay on C street. Take C street to the Bay and take a left on Waterfront Drive (AKA 1st Street). The Wharfinger Building is the large building past the Eureka Public Marina. You can't miss it!
When does it start?
4:00pm in the afternoon.
What Should you wear?
Classy but casual!
Reception to follow
Our Reception
Our Reception starts at 5:00pm with a buffet dinner. Dinner is from 5 to 6:30pm.
The band "Speakeasy Saints" will play from 7:00pm to 11:00pm then our magical day is done.
You are more than welcome to only come to the Reception, or just the dancing if you would like. That's the fun part!
Travel Arrangements
What about the Honeymoon?
Well we just booked our flight and Resort in Kapaa Kauai. We are really excited. It will be the first time either of us have been to Hawaii.
After the wedding we are staying somewhere here in Eureka. The following day we are going to have brunch with our parents and children at the Samoa Cookhouse. Then we are driving to Benbow where I won a one night stay in the Honeymoon garden cottage and dinner for two. We plan on playing a round of golf there that day, and dinner in the evening. From Benbow we are driving to San Francisco we haven't booked our hotel there yet, but we'll figure that out soon. In San Francisco we're going to watch the Giants beat up on the Pittsburgh Pirates. The next day we are going to the De Young Museum and then to SFO to fly to Kauai at 4:30pm.
We are staying at the Aston Resort at Makaiwa in Kapaa Kauai for 7 nights. We don't have an itinerary for Kauai yet, but when we do I'll fill everyone in! I do know that we will be in Kauai from 7/28 to 8/04. We will be back in Eureka on 8/05/09, and thank goodness we don't have to go back to work until the 10th of August because we will be tired!
I can tell you what we would like to do while in Kauai:
Golf at the Municipal Golf Course
Attend the Luau at Smiths
Go fishing
Snorkel
Watch Kevin attempt to surf!!!
Lay on as many beaches as possible
See the Napali Coast
Swim under a waterfall
Go to the Kauai Gardens
See Wiamaia Canyon (I'm pretty sure I misspelled that)
Have a drink served in a coconut!
Watch the sunset on the beach
