Our Story

Sometimes you just know when something is right; like when God finally brought us together.

Like many modern couples, we owe our happiness to an internet introduction. After exchanging several emails, which sounded something like....
Brian: So I see you are back on Match.
Jenny: I am, and I am looking for a man of integrity. Could that be you?
Brian: I am a man of integrity, and am interested in getting to know you better.
...we met at Starbucks for a Cafe Mocha and Carmel Macchiato. Three hours later we were still standing in the parking lot not wanting to leave.

We had 3 dates in 4 days, spent 17 hours on the phone that first weekend, and had an idea that something was very different than it had ever been before.

To sum up how sweet and romantic Brian is, he proposed on my birthday. He planned out the whole surprise with my sons, and they secretly called it "O.K., or Operation Kneel."

Our Wedding

We are going to be married at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Phoenix in a Christian ceremony by Pastor Steve. It is a beautiful location, and we will be on the large elevated patio overlooking the gardens and pool area. It will be a perfect setting for us to enter into this sacred commitment, surrounded by God's handiwork, and our loving family and friends.

Our colors are marine blue and ivory. Brian will be standing up with his buddies, Dan and Sean. Jenny will be joined by her dear friends, Anita and Lisa. Anita's daughter, Ana, will be the flower girl, Joey will be the ring bearer, and Ben will be giving his mother away. (And my mother will be in the front row crying!) :-)

Our Reception

We will celebrate our wedding, love for each other, and share the special time with our family and friends immediately following the ceremony. We look forward to celebrating and having some fun as husband and wife -- not to mention tasting the incredible cake we've ordered! :-)

We are so excited and hope that you will be there to help make the day memorable for us!

Travel Arrangements

We would like to start our life together with some quiet, together time before heading home to enjoy "family time" with Ben and Joey. We are flying to California and going on a Mexican Riviera cruise. We are both very excited to share this new experience with each other, and to see a part of the world neither of us has been to before.
