Our Story
They met when they were kids, about 6 or 7 at church. She says, "He was the most irritating, bad little boy" and he says,"she was very quiet and serious didn't say much and didn't play much". He teased her and pinched her to the end of vacation bible school, every summer. Some vacation!
She saw him again when they were adults. Johonne, very laid back, always went out his way to speak to her and inquire about her, either with her or from others, she later found out. On labor day, 2005, she was hanging out with the guys from the neighborhood just chilling out and playing around. She asked him was he coming with her and he said, "yes". She was just joking. When she got ready to leave, hours later, he reminded her that he was going.
They've been together ever since!

Our Reception will be at the Saints Peter and Paul Banquet Hall 750 N. Beech Daly Dearborn Heights, MI 48127 ( btn. Cherry Hill and Ford Rd.) Immediately following the wedding services.

The Church is in Detroit on West 8 mile Rd. just west of Telegraph on the south side of the Street. The Reception is in Dearborn Heights on Beech Daly Rd. between Ford Rd and Cherry Hill. (closest to Cherry Hill) on the east side of the street.
A block of rooms have been reserved and accommodations are being provided by The Residence Inn of Marriott in Dearborn on Southfield Rd. (near Fairlane Mall) Rooms are $69 and $129 for penthouse. Rates include Hot Breakfast and shuttle transportation from the Reception

A Special Message From Us
While everyone may attend the Wedding Ceremony, Guest that haven't responded before Aug. 1 or guest that will not attend Dinner will be asked to please join us at the Reception after 9:00p.m. for cocktails and dancing. There will be a list at the door for those individuals.
We want to share this day with all our family and friends, so join us for this special and joyous occasion. Why all may not be able to attend all of the event, we would like for everyone to know that we appreciate your attendance at the beginning of the event as much as the end of the event. If you can not attend dinner, come and toast to the bride and groom!

A Wishing Well Wedding
More than just kisses so far we've shared, Our home has been made with Love and Care. Most things we need we've already got, and in our home we can't fit a lot!
A wishing well we thought would be great (But only if you wish to participate)
A token of love is placed in the well, Then make a wish .... but shhh don't tell!
Once we've replaced the old with the new, we can look back and say it was thanks to you! And in return for your kindness, we're sure that one day soon you will get what you wished for.
We want to thank our parents, friends, and our spiritual advisor Pastor, Dr. Larry Smith for all the prayers, well-wishes, and love, and most of all God.
