Our Story

Sometimes you have to walk through the fire of disappointment to understand and find ultimate bliss. Our story is quite similar to a song that was created by the music group Rascal Flatts called God Bless The Broken Road. After years of our own failed marriages, Julie-Ann and I took a chance to find a person who believed in love for all the right reasons. We both ventured out to on-line dating on Match.com with a purpose, to find a truthful, loving and honest person who believed in what love really means. The both of us set out on a journey that would take us beyond love and friendship...but in finding our Soulmate. Searching one night through numerous profiles, Julie-Ann found one that was intriguing...a man with a Warm-Heart & Old Soul. She read all that I wrote and says she couldn't resist the smile in every picture that I posted. So without a second thought, she emailed me, however it took me 2 weeks to reply back. Why the delay? We'll, first I thought it wasn't very romantic for a woman to find me, but after years of failed relationships, I took my mom's advice in letting someone find me for a change. After several email correspondences and text messages, we met at Einstein Brother's Bagel in Ahwatukee at 11am. Four hours later when the restaurant was closing their doors, I walked Julie-Ann to her car. Usually I would wait a few days before calling someone after a date, but I couldn't resist her positive light that glowed from her eyes and her smile. I was hooked and intrigued to find out why she was so positive and dynamic. So I got on my cell right away and asked for a second date. The rest of the story goes something like this....that's what I was about to say, hey I was just texting, emailing and calling you, stop stealing my words and much, much more. What we learned along our broken roads, is that you must have faith in this world and understand that we have to encounter some mistakes in life and utilize them to your advantage, while never giving up the dream of finding true love. Today we are pleased to know that our two souls have twined around each other's hearts.
