Linda is an Art teacher at Tesago school (http://www.shenet.org/tesago/lhiggins/lhiggins.htm) and Rick is a Power Grid Operator at NYISO.
Linda and Rick met at a high end art show (the Shenendehowa school show at the mall!) and have been together ever since. Thier love of photography, travel and ugly owls make them a perfect couple. Rick served Linda her usual Saturday cheese omelette, only on December 23rd he added a big side of bling! Naturally she said yes. So now the big march is on.......

An intimate ceremony for immediate family will be held at Yaddo Gardens ( http://yaddo.org/yaddo/YaddoGardens.shtml ), Sunday, July 15, 2007 at Noon. We chose Yaddo for the beautiful outdoor setting and its picturesque backdrop. Unfortunatly, because it is such a small venue with seating for only 20, we need to limit our attendence to immediate family. But immediatly following the service we invite all family and friends to celebrate at the reception.

The reception will be held at the Wilton Elks Club ( http://waterfordbanquets.com ) at 3:00 PM. A hot and cold buffet is being provided by Waterford Banquets. Music is being provided by Tim Lajere. Semi-formal dress is requested.

For you out of towners, we will reserve a block of rooms at the Faifield Inn in Malta. Info to follow. Directions to the reception will be posted at Rixclix.com as soon as we can.

Thanks to all of those who made it to our Honeymoon Shower Fiesta. It was a great surprise to see all of Linda's family to make it from so far out of town. The gifts were wonderful and thoughtful and we will be able to do some really fun stuff on our honeymoon. I can't wait to see all of you at the wedding!
