As we continue our journey towards the big event, we are staying on the tracks of mind and body. For the month of March, we focus on what we put into our bodies that have a direct correlation to our minds. Are you aware that what you eat directly affects the structure and function of your brain and, ultimately, your mood? To help with mind and body this month, please join us in eliminating highly processed foods. For this challenge, you are allowed two cheat meals per week. Outside of that, you must eliminate all highly processed foods from your diet. Don’t go crazy and please don’t try to be slick. :) If you have a handful of chips one day, that counts as your cheat meal!
