Never again!! That's what Carol kept telling me, her sister (Angel) and several other people when talking about being married. So when Mr. Tim Brewer kept stalking her at the small bar she worked at in Pemberton, MN she finally caved in and said yes to a first date. She did warn him, don't make me hurt you in having to say "No" if you ever decide to ask me to marry you.  A few months later he did indeed ask her.

Then when we planned our trip to our soroity's national convention, she ended up having the trip from he** just to get to Virginia. When I finally picked her up at the airport and we made our way back to our room in Virginia Beach there were flowers waiting for her with a note from Tim saying "I hope the rest of your trip goes better." As is almost every convention, our room became the 'after hours' room where many of the alumnae hung out and did a lot of stress relief. Carol would tell us all about Tim and all the wonderful things he did that several of us threatned her, if she didn't snag him up, one of us were going to.

Carol and I spent our last day in Virginia at King's Dominion, an amusement park, where most of the day it rained so we spent some time in the shops.  Turns out that when she visited me earlier in the year in Alaska she had bought Tim's daughters mood rings and it seems that he had more fun with them than his girls did. So, she decided that she would buy him his own mood ring and finally tell him "Yes" when she returned home the following day.

That night, on our way to the airport to drop Carol off, we stopped for dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. I ended up having quite an extensive conversation with Tim via Facebook and finally text. He finally asked me for my sister's hand in marriage since I was the only one in the family that he had met, well had a conversation with anyway. I told him he was asking the wrong person. That Carol was an adult and very capable of answering that question herself.

He didn't have to ask her again. She returned home and presented him with the mood ring and the important decision that leads us to their wedding date on March 7th, 2013.

Carol and Tim's wedding will be on March 7, 2013 at Vegas Weddings, 555 S. 3rd Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89101 at 5:00 pm.  This is an outdoor venue so please make sure dress accordingly.  Also the weather time of year is very unpredictable. According to Tim, one year it was really cold and the next year he got sunburned.

They don't have any specific theme or colors but Carol's favorite color is red. There will be no formal reception but we will all be going to dinner after the wedding.

Their honeymoon will be spent in Las Vegas attending a NASCAR race which Tim attends every year.  I remember when Carol told me about him attending this race last year and she was really excited to be attending with him this year. Only this year, they will be attending as husband and wife!

Carol and Tim will be living happily ever after in Mankato, MN, enjoying life along with Tim's two daughters.

Carol and Time would like to thank all of their dearest family and friends for simply being here for them. You all have done so much and have made such a remarkable positive difference in their lives. I know they cherish the friendship and love you have given and shown them, and continue to give to them. Thank you for visiting their wedding website and honeymoon registry. You all have blessed thier lives and I can't wait to share their special day with you!
