We do have your block set and your guests can begin to make reservations immediately. I set the block for the nights of January 15th and 16th, 2015. I have set aside 15 rooms for those nights. The discounted rate for those rooms will be $69.99 per night, plus tax. Your rooms will be held exclusively for your guests until January 1st, 2015. After January 1st, the rooms will be released back into our general inventory. If your guests call after that date to book their room, they will be added into the block if rooms are available from our general inventory. Your guests will no longer be eligible for the discount, however, if they book after January 1st. If their plans are uncertain, please have them book early and cancel later as we would love for them to receive that discount. Your block is elastic and guests can stay in the days prior to or after your block dates at the discounted rate.

Please have your guests call directly to the hotel to book their rooms. Your guests will not receive the discounted rate if they book online or via the 800 number. The local phone number here is (231) 237-0988. Have them reference either last name of the wedding party and the date that they would like to arrive. Our check in time is at 3pm and checkout time is at 11am. If any of your guests need to check in prior to 3pm, we recommend they book a room for the previous night. There is a 1 week cancellation notice if their plans change. The AmericInn of Charlevoix is the newest hotel in the area. We have an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub.
