We want to learn more about the world we live in, call us two worldly nerds, but we'd love to explore this museum together. The California Academy of Sciences is among the largest museums of natural history in the world, housing over 26 million specimens. The Academy began in 1853 as a learned society. It was completely rebuilt in 2008, the building covers 400,000 square feet (37,000 square metres) and is among the newest natural history museums in the United States

We're both lovers of the sea and all of it's creatures. We'd love to be able to explore this top notch aquarium together. Aquarium of the Bay is a public aquarium located at Embarcadero and Beach Street, at the edge of Pier 39 in San Francisco, California. The Aquarium is focused on local aquatic animals from the San Francisco Bay and neighboring waters.

With this tour as our wedding gift we will be visiting Alcatraz Island, the famous prison, walking in the footsteps of notorious criminals like Al Capone and Birdman while listening to a personal audio taped tour of a cellblock. One wonderful honeymooning tour!

We will be able to Experience Southern California's best theme parks with one simple pass. This pass is a less expensive option to buying tickets individually. (a 25% savings). With travel comes the need to sleep. While we like to think we can go without it... we just cant! We've been eyeing a few hotels near Disney that are affordable and close! If you're a hotel soap collector, let us know, we'll bring back a few bars for you!!!

Theme park snacks for our Disney honeymoon is a lovely wedding gift! We will enjoy a famous Mickey Mouse ice cream bar or a variety of other frozen treats. After exploring the park, we can take a break with a refreshing beverage and indulge in delicious popcorn, hot pretzels, a turkey leg and more sumptuous snacks!

We will enjoy an elegant dinner at Ariel’s Grotto, Carthay Circle Restaurant or Wine Country Trattoria and then take our place in a special viewing section at World of Color.

We'll shop around for honeymoon keepsakes! We will look at antiques, a mixture of jewelry and other oddities for souvenirs from our honeymoon!

Who can leave Disney without a pair of ears... this time around it will be wedding ears for us! $40 will get us our ears!

We'll be spending a few days in Napa and San Francisco so we'll be doing a little driving!
