| | | Ya sas! Or...Hello in Greek! Welcome to our honeymoon wishes website. We created this page because through the 7 years of our relationship we honestly do not need the traditional wedding gifts most newly wedded couples need! We've acquired those items through the years. Instead we need a vacation!! So if you feel obligated to get us something, we would much appreciate any help funding our way to Santorini, Greece! We sincerely thank you for helping us celebrate this special occasion and making a dream come true. Love, Justina & Josh
^^ Click on the "OUR REGISTRY" tab up there on the left-in the blue! (Everyone misses that) | | Of course it all began with Outback Steakhouse! A company that allows us to provide for our family and the opportunity to meet each other! But it wasn't so easy at first...
Josh and I were both working at the Outback in Hattiesburg, MS. I was there serving which was providing my way through college. Southern Miss to the TOP! And Josh was there with ambitions to begin management training. He was also just a server at the time. We worked together for a year... I was currently engaged but that did not stop Josh. Through that entire year, he continued to pester me and ask me out. I actually did not even like him as a person that entire year. My first impressions of him were arrogant, obnoxious, and down right mean. I will never forget the hectic Saturday night at work when he made me cry. Maybe I was a little over emotional with college exams and tiring customer demands, but he really embarrased me at work which led to the water works. He really confused me at first! From consistanly asking me out to making rude remarks... I didn't get him.
During the next shift we worked together, he sincerely apologized to me... I mean pathethic "please forgive me" type apology. That's all it took. I accepted his apology and we became friends. My relationship at the time ended and the very next time Josh pestered me about a date... I said yes.
We've been hooked to each other ever since. Let me remind you all that he did not own a car at the time, he was just a server, but he had ambition and I loved that.
| | FINALLY! We are finally getting married, right? Our wedding will be small and intimate held on October 25, 2014. We have only asked our family and closest friends to attend. It will be held at Spitfire Acres which is a quaint outdoor location very close to our home and is known to host several weddings. It has a lake view, pool, wrap around deck, reception area, and ceremony area so you won't have to commute to several different locations. We can't wait to celebrate this special day with you and finally tying the knot as a MARRIED couple.
| | Our reception will be a full-blown party! I hope you all bring your dancing shoes and help us celebrate our lives together as husband and wife. We can't say "I do" without good ol' Memphis barbeque. There will be BBQ, drinks, dancing, DJ, and a good time! The reception will immediatley follow the wedding ceremony (held all at the same location). | | We would like to thank you for everything you have done for us. We have asked you to spend this day with us because we feel you have significantly made a positive influence to our relationship. The family and friends we've gained along the way has helped us come together...and stay together. Thank you for all of the support, friendships, and love you've given us and continue to give us. We cannot wait to spend our special day with you! |
