Doug and I met at my place of employment, Golds Gym. He was always friendly by saying hello whenever he came in to workout. One night I just so happened to have an hour to spare so we just talked. We found out that we had alot in common. We talked Thursday night, set our first date, lunch at a nice restaurant on the oceanfront, and from that day foward we have been unseparatable.
Our one year anniversary to commemorate our first date we went to the Melting pot for dinner. Doug's gift to me was a Christmas Snowboarding trip to Jackson Hole Wyoming. On Christmas night after dinner we walked over to the town square park, that is famous for the Elk antlers Archways, we stopped under the bronzed statue of the cowboy on the bucking bronco where Doug got down on one knee and proposed.
