Welcome

Robert and Michelle have been together for 3 years, after meeting on POF (Plenty Of Fish) a social dating site. 1 phone call changed the course of two lovers lives.

The thought of the traditional way of finding a mate, well throw that out the window when it comes to the bride and groom.  On-line dating was there ticket to happiness, yes I said it On-line dating is how these two matched up. While the bride was searching  through many profiles to see who might be a good match, the bride came across a profile of a cute guy in a tank top, bride began to think  maybe she should send him a message and once the message was sent .... nothing, no response.  Time goes on and the bride wasn't having any luck with the site in looking for a match. A year ends up passing and  still no luck. The bride began to contemplate just deleting her profile. But before she does she decides to once again do a new search through the profiles and low and behold guess what pops up ... It ended up being  the same cute guy in the tank top that she sent a message to a year ago and he was still on the site. Mind you a year has passed.  So the bride decides she will once again send a message.  Magically this time she gets a message back.  The bride and groom message each other back and forth for a while and then once again the groom disappeared.

Life goes on work and things. About 3 weeks later one Saturday morning the bride goes on hike in the Oakland Hills with a good friend and to have lunch.  Later on that day the bride gets  a message asking how she is doing. Took her by surprise because she had forgotten about the groom slightly.  So the bride and groom continued to message throughout the day until they both decided, lets just talk.  So as they were speaking to one another the groom asks if  the bride would like to go for drinks in the evening.  She  wasn't really in the mood but then thought whatever its drinks won't see the person again anyway.

So the groom decides on taking her to a Reggae club  called Island Paradise over in Alameda. The bride was not a  huge Reggae fan but this was fine with her on this day. The bride meets the groom and wow she thought he was even cuter than his pictures. Being the gentleman that he was trying to be, he opens the door and he snaps a  picture of her.  They proceed to go insidethe club and  find a table.  The groom takes his future brides drink order and the conversation is off and running. Everything was just flowing so easily. They were just getting to know one another and  would throw in some dancing in between conversation. The bride finds herself having a pretty good time. The two of them were definetly vibing. The club was ready to close but they were both up for continuing the evening, so off to eat. Denny's is the destination of choice. So once again they are just talking and enjoying themselves.  They must have sat there for like 2 hours.

Walking back to car where you would think now this is the end of the eveing but no they sat there and continued to talk until  practically Sunrise. The brides first thougt was this is the longest date ever but the most fun the bride has had in a long time. They spoke to one another later on that day. And  over the next few weeks they both knew something special was happening between the two of  them. From this point on is where you could say the rest is history.

"So here we are 3 years later and Engaged to be Married. I guess all thats left to say is Thank You to POF for sending us on the Ultimate Fairytale Together".
