Antoine and I first met through work because we both were in the training department and opened restaurants. We first met in August 1999 in Philadelphia while doing food demonstrations and then again in July 2000 in Eagan, MN. We were then assigned to work together in September 2000 and we have talked on the phone everyday since. We first worked together in December 2000 and realized we had alot in common and became quick friends and as they say the rest is history.
I have always called Antoine "Kool Aid" because he told me when he made Kool Aid that he took one pack of Kool Aid and one pound of sugar, which is the way my Mom made hers, like syrup. No really I called Antoine Kool Aid because he wore a red shirt when we were opening restaurants and he was always smiling and always came to my rescue, "Kool Aid to the rescue."
When I first met Charlene it was love at first sight. I was scared to approach her, because we worked together.I always kept it professional until we became really good friends and then I had to tell her how I felt. I was hoping that she felt the same way also and she did.
Charlene is an awsome Stepmom to my kids and they love her to death. She is Ms. Social Butterfly and I love that about her. I always knew I would find that special someone and when we started dating I knew she was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.We have so much in common that we don't ever get bored with each other.
I never knew I could have so much in common with her ,because she grew up in Dorton ,Kentucky in a small town with about 200 people and she always told me that it incluced the dogs and the chickens.
Our Wedding will be at the Embassy Suites Hotel Airport Bloomington, MN On Friday May 29, 2009 at 6:30pm
Our reception will be held at the Embassy Suites Airport Ballroom following our wedding.
We will be flying out on Saturday May 30, 2009 for our honeymoon cruise. We will be going on Royal Caribean Freedom of the Seas to the Eastern Caribean for 7 days. We are excited that some of our friends and family will be joining us.
Antoine and I would like to thank everyone whom has touched our lives and will be spending the time with us on our special day.
