But now we are here, taking what some would suggest is the next natural step in our lives together. In some ways, neither of us thought we would be here -- now we are.
On Saturday, June 23, 2018 -- Elshaun will become official!
Yes, it took one of us six months to finally agree to go on a date with the other one of us.
And yes, it would take one of us beating the other in a game of bowling to get the other's attention, which led to a moment that changed the course of everything else moving forward.
Some years later, here we are.
