As all of you know we have been together for a very long time!  We've wanted to get married every year now for far too long- and just kept putting it off - between the costs and all of the unknowns that go into the the planning of a wedding, we just kept pushing to back year after year.  

So, you can imagine how excited we are to be planning our wedding for June 22nd, 2014!  Our values have lead us to believe that being happy with what we have can be a lifelong strength.  We are SO very happy with who we have become, how we have grown together and how our children have grown along beside us.  

There is one thing that we have never done before, though.  We have never taken a trip together outside of Kansas or Missouri.  Ever! (Well, I suppose we did treck to the Omaha zoo once!)  It seems like we've been everywhere together- yet- we have been living our lives for the past ten years in just two states- and majorily in the Kansas City Metro area!  Aside from our roadtrip with the kiddos to Omaha, we have been nowhere!

We could list a billion places we would love to visit together, but when it comes down to it the only thing that is important and that we care about at all is that we had an adventure together.  That we went somewhere new- for the first time, together.  

We have smiled and laughed as we have added things to our registery.  We chose some silly options and left out some even sillier ones.  

Having an adventure & exporing somewhere new with each other would be unforgettable.  (& there is a journal that is registered which would be SO amazing to keep record of our trip to hand down to our own children some day!)
