If you were to ask Thomas and Elizabeth how they met Thomas would gladly say that he picked Elizabeth up in a parking garage. However, Elizabeth’s version is slightly less interesting but much more accurate...

Both Thomas and I decided to try online dating. Thomas had gone through a few duds, while I was using the free trial. The first profile I came across was this Thomas guy and his cute dog. I decided to send him a messaged to see if he was interested. Almost two weeks passed and nothing!! I was honestly bummed. Then one day Bing! He replied and the rest is history.

On our first date we met downtown in a CHURCH parking lot, which was down the street from said parking garage. Thomas feels the story is much more exciting and humorous to add that he picked me up in a shady setting instead. Strangely, I find it just as funny to hear him tell his version.

Thomas and Elizabeth will be married in a private ceremony under an old oak tree referred to as the "Tree of Life." The tree was said to have been planted by a plantation owner as a wedding gift to his bride. This romantic setting is the location where couples come to say their wedding vows all year round.

We are excited to be surrounded by our closest family and a few friends as we start our life together.

With its original exposed brick and gold plaster trim, Mother’s Next Door’s distressed warehouse feel will provide a feeling of authenticity. This is exactly the feeling we want as we celebrate our wedding day.  We plan on having games, sharing stories and relaxing as we spend time with those we are closest too.  Oh! and eating some of New Orlease key dishes like red beans & rice and delicious poboys.

Thomas and Elizabeth will take a 15 day cruise on the Celebrity Equinox, which will travel around the Mediterranean Sea. We will stop in Spain, France, Italy and Croatia. We plan on immersing ourselves in the rich history of these beautiful countries as well as relaxing and enjoying the romance of being together as husband and wife.

We are beyond excited to be Mr. and Mrs. Farrell. There is not a day that goes by that we are not thankful for each other or those that have been brought into our lives. May we share many of lifes joys together over the years with each and every one of you.
