We first met while we were both in the hospital in Maryland. What began as a chance encounter quickly turned into a beautiful friendship filled with shopping trips, Starbucks runs, new restaurant adventures, and endless laughter. Our connection was instant, and our first official date at the American steakhouse Wildfire marked the beginning of something truly special.

Fast forward to 2022—I traveled to New York to celebrate Suleidy’s birthday. After a joyful dinner and a round of “Happy Birthday,” she blew out the candles, turned around… and there I was, down on one knee, asking her to marry me.

Over the past four years, we’ve grown, supported, and loved each other through every season of life. Now, we’re so excited to take the next step and make it official surrounded by the people who mean the most to us.
