A Special Cheers from a close dear friend: Sammi Bear

Being just a close friend to this beautifully, amazing duo of a team is only one of the many blessing I have stumbled across finding the friendship bond we have been so lucky to have and create. I've known these 2 crazy love birds for about a year and a half now and I can tell you all something, but I'm sure if you all know these two, you already know they were a match made in heaven. 10 years and counting. A bond that strong and consistent for as long as a decade, we all know these two finally needed go tie the knot. I pray and wish for everything grand and all that is possible for Melissa and Eric to continue to grow old with one another, may they keep making long lasting memories with laughter, with family and with their friends. May nothing but happinesss and greatness happen, when anyone gets the pleasure of having their presence because these two give the word "busy" a whole new meaning and level of chaotic busyness. Melisssa the best realor we have in town, who travels wink wink, always on the go. Wheather to show how hard work results happy buyers or in some cases, happy sellers, this woman is so committed to finding the perfect home for anyone who seeks her guidance. If your on a time crunch, Missys your girl, fast and efficient that one is! Before you know it, i promise you'll blink and it will be closing day and who will be there ready to hand you, the brand new set of keys to your dream home. No other then mrs. Champlin. With out a doubt she is more then just an amazing realtor, she's always a very loving a devoted mother, it does not matter how old they get, right? Even tho she lives thousands of miles away, don't bet she wouldn't be ghost if one of her babies needed her. I've got the chance to get to know and be apart of the Champlin family for a brief period, we continue to catch up of course but they both in their own special ways turned out to be the best friends I could ever ask for. Not only is Mr. Eric a hard working man but the way he knows how to treat his lady, Missy.... she was smart to get him.on lock down. Always a gentleman, I've seen numerous amount of flowers, because "he missed her" how sweet is that? Just because flowers! He's a man who knows how to use an oven and all the rest of the appliances, mixers, and we'll u know all that kitchen stuff. The man can cook! And not only just cook, he will clean up after he makes dinner. How rare are you friend? I will tell you from my life time, you are 1 of the first and only. Okay maybe 2 or 3 but I promise it was probably some famous chef from a cooking channel. All and all you two are the cutest couple, the greatest team, the most fun duo to never make me feel like nothing but a third wheel when I'm around, most couple are quick to leave the third wheel in the dust. Very intelligent, mostly considerate, majorly strong willed, highly motivated, super inspiring couple I have ever got the pleasure of meeting and becoming friends to even be here and apart of this beautiful, most cherish day of their life's. I'll never forget how you 2 brought me back to life without even knowing and by just being yourselves and caring! I love you both very deeply and plan on sticking around for many years to come.
