Kelice and Daniel first met in the finance industry at AssetMark Financial in 2018. Daniel first caught Kelice's eye during a office tour. He was too nervous to approach her at first, but later that day, mustered up some courage and said: "Hi-Kelice! Are you spoken for? Because I know I can not be the only fan". Fortunately, Kelice thought this was adorable and the rest is history. 

During the courting phase, Kelice and Daniel played flag footgball and traveled extensively—riding ATV's through Las Vegas or ziplining through the Cabo jungles. One of their favorite memories is soaking up the hot sun, drinking repasado and analyzing the work ethic of diffirent cultures.

Daniel proposed to Kelice a year after by suprising her with a dinner she planned for his birthday. Daniel also wrote a poem, "Let's Make Music Together". Needless to say, Kelice said yes!
