We’ll see Barcelona’s highlights and the Gothic Quarter on our Carnival honeymoon! In the Gothic Quarter, we’ll soak in its atmosphere, browse the shops and drive to Catalunya Square to see the Sagrada Familia Church. At the Spanish Village we’ll stop in the Montjuic Mountain, take a stroll through the Castilian Streets to enjoy free time looking at the local arts and crafts, finishing up with a walking to the pier to witness the Olympic Ring!

In Rome, we’ll see the Pyramid, Circus Maximus and the famous arena of the Chariots Racing, the Arch of Constantine, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Venice Square. At Barberini Square we’ll visit Bernini’s Triton Fountain, the Borghese Gardens and the Aurelian Walls and as we drive past People Square, and the ancient Hadrian Mausoleum. To end our exciting tour, we’ll do some sightseeing and shopping in St. Peter’s Square at our own leisure!

Romance will flourish as we experience Venice’s charms! We’ll cruise through the illuminating waters on a gondola, viewing the reflections of moonlight and the city glistening in the water while a singer and musician serenade us under a blanket of stars. To top off our romantic night, we’ll dine in a Venetian restaurant, tantalizing our palates with the remarkable cuisine and toasting to us with a glass of Champagne!

On this amazing excursion, we’ll discover the magnificent Leaning Tower of Pisa in Livorno! We’ll tour the Pisan Romanesque-style Cathedral to see the façade adorned with colonnades, arcades and bronze doors and tour the inside of the Baptistery with its Romanesque and Gothic designs. The highlight of the tour is the visit inside the Leaning Tower witnessing its beauty and inclination, climb the 294 steps to the top to take in spectacular sweeping views!

Paddling through Dubrovnik’s sparkling waters will be one amazing kayak adventure! We’ll enjoy the coastal views of the surrounding summer homes while cruising through hidden bays to the Adriatic Sea. There, we’ll swim in the cool blue waters and enjoy a local snack and refreshing cold drinks. On the beach, we’ll have time to relax and soak up the warm Mediterranean sun or take a walk on the pebbled beach!

In Naples, our guide will take us to Piazza Del Gesu’ where we’ll walk along the streets of Spacca-Napoli boasting antique stalls, bookshops, grocery shops and fruit stands. In San Domenico Square, we’ll pass by San Gregorio Armeno Street to explore the underground caverns of Naples. Ending our wonderful tour will be a pizza cooking lesson in a wooden oven and sample the creation after the demonstration!

Driving up the scenic Mt. Etna from Messina, we’ll be amazed by the colorful fragrant lemon groves, orchards, vineyards, chestnut and pine woods blending beautifully with the hardened lava and volcanic cones. We’ll visit the Silvestri Craters then drive to the winery where a wine expert will guide us around this quaint farmhouse to taste the local wines and delight in the sensations of a home made Italian meal!

Aboard our Carnival honeymoon cruise ship, we’ll indulge in classical cocktails, tropical concoctions or cold refreshing beer while relaxing by the pool in the wonderful sun. Cheers!
